Possibly the worst quality meat I’ve experienced. Chicken shish was a 20 minute wait so went for chicken doner which was like wet tissue. A freind had the lamb doner and it was inedible, tasted bready so expect it’s full of bulking agents. Not expecting the best quality but by far the worst I’ve had in Gloucestershire so far.

Asked for a large donor, with all the salad and garlic mayo, bosmang puts chili sauce on it, I even pointed it out and said I cba to wait another 14 minutes for another kebab, bosmang just puts garlic mayo over the kebab, still charged me 2 bar for a Rio after the fact, no

I don’t think I have ever given a 1 star review before, food was what you expect so no issues there, I have been using here for years never had a problem, the guy who has been there for years with the cap is amazing however the other guy tonight is disgrace to the place, got my order wrong which luckily was because I don’t like not an allergen (mistakes happen) but what is discusting is when I said I will not eat it with vinegar he argued that I was wrong (maybe take your AirPods out) carried arguing, he only back d down when swore and started to leave, he did offer to reecook it, once I got the replacement and apologised for swearing and throwing my fork he argued he was right again, this guy is a disgrace if he does not get removed or retrained in customer service he will single handed my kill the shop which will be a shame, I will never spend another penny in that shop if that delight is on duty, absolute disgrace

It’s Ok if your feeling a bit peckish after a night out. Found kebab really mediocre, chips were quite nice though. I know it’s Cheltenham but i did find it overpriced slightly. Would return in good time, but not in a hurry.

Piss poor and a total rip off. Avoid if you can!

Awfully shocking. Can't comment on the food as changed my mind on entering the shop as there was kebabs and boxes/wrappers all over the floor and it wasn't very clean. The server basically ignored me when I told him it should be cleaned up as someone could slip on the slippery floor and it wasn't busy do could have been sorted out. Oh and the prices were astronomical for a takeaway lol.

Aydin is the only person that is there for me no matter the hour, no matter the situation. Hes seen my at my best; and im ashamed to say it, but my worst too. He always listens and gives me exactly what I need. My life is not complete without Aydin and cotswold kebab.

I only managed half the kebab before throwing it up. The chilli sauce was also a mistake.

Disgusting food and more importantly disgusting behaviour of the staffThey served me frozen chips and frozen cheese and told me it was meant to be served this way , THEN they reheated it in the microwave , they did the same with others donner meat , which is a huge health violationIt’s actually disgusting I feel I’ll and the head of staff was nasty and hostile , a complaint will be and IS being filed

It's OK. Chicken Donner had decent flavour but they seem to use very cheap sauces which is a let down.

Ordered a chicken shish kebab, was served to us by a staff member with dirty finger nails, payed 10 pound for a large but you would have a hard time selling this off in Kent as a small portion. As for the food, the chicken was bland but the tiny portion of salad looked fresh, is it so hard to find a decent chicken shish in Cheltenham
