Not the greatest Guinness. Friendly staff. Seems like a pleasant location. The Mrs liked the prosecco. Winning ?

Have been here a couple of times now when visiting friends. The food was delicious, chicken schnitzel the best I’ve had outside of Germany. Dirty fries amazing, beef brisket melting in mouth. Also tried buffalo cauliflower… delicious.Staff are really welcoming & helpful. Staff member Leo very knowledgeable on drinks & made my dining experience with family and friends really relaxing and enjoyable.Vegetarian options: Menu has plenty to choose from, & staff are knowledgeable for dietary requirements.

Really lovely place in Cheltenham for food. The burgers and dirty fries are lovely and can’t wait to go back to try some of their other dishes. Leo was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Will definitely visit again

Me and my friends purchased the bus ticket from Harry Cook and was bitterly disappointed. We paid £10 each for our bus ticket. In the £10 deal was a pint of Guinness if you retuned in the evening, staff made it quite clear you could not swap included Guinness if you was to prefer another draught. However if you was to order your "free" Guinness with the bus ticket it would not be full as staff would argue about the appropriate fill level of plastic cup. If questioned about the plastic cup being full the staff would get very defensive and quite rude. PLEASE AVOID, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We go to Harry Cooks because my husband likes their Landlord beer! But uts also a nice regular pub too. Haven't eaten there but the food does look good and seems good value.
