Very nice wafflers and crepes. Full of fruits and chocolate, very nice staff. Highly recommend this place for a sweet treat!

Went in at lunchtime, one person serving. He seated us in an otherwise empty restaurant and then disappeared. After 10 minutes of waiting and having noticed that some of the desserts looked like they had been left out uncovered since the day before we left. Obviously they don’t need customers.

First time at kaspas was disappointed. Got our order pretty much all wrong. 2 out of 3 drinks were correct. We ordered 2 crepes and got waffles. We did say the order was wrong and all we got was oh sorry the girl on the till is new. Didn't even offer to change the wrong items. Admittedly the stuff we got was nice but wasn't wat we wanted.

We somehow managed to get a spare seat at this fine establishment, which I like to visit regularly for my waffle and crepe fix. The food is divine, as are the hygiene standards, especially in their coffee and tea machines, which even have limescale remover when they serve it to you, very thoughtful to cleanse the customer as well. The waffles are well made and soo yummy, and the staff are always so lovely so not sure what the other reviews are on about! It’s always smiles and kindness when we come in, I suppose it is our attractive personalities that the other visitors were not blessed with. See you next weekend Kaspas team!

Each of are pates was a delightful journey of taste, expertly crafted by the talented chefs. I wasn’t impressed with the attitude of one of the staff members.I had to return my desert as it came out cold when I asked for it to be hot. Her face and attitude when I asked for it to be changed (I didn’t forget my manners either) was very rude. When she came back she practiced slammed the plate in front of me on the table and just walked off and ignored me when I said thank you. I won’t be returning to the Cheltenham kaspas. There’s no need for that kind of attitude at work.

Popped here for desserts amongst us. The waffles and icecream were good. Huge extensive menu but kept it simple in the end. Not sure if it’s the best dessert I’ve had though
