The order was significantly late. The person on the phone was pretty insulting. Not to mention impossible to understand. Incomprehensible gibberish was what i heard, I am ok with strong Scouse or glasswegian, this guy was beyond language barrier. I pleaded several times for him to slow down because I can't understand. Shame about the previous reviews. Roosters was cheap and cheerful. Flaming Hen is cheerful but regular late night fast food prices. A very good spicy chicken burger and chips cooked and presented well for £7 is OK in my book. Friendly chaps serving us as well. Will likely return
Food took 1 hour 35mins to be delivered to find that there was no bun on burger and food was cold with burnt chicken that tastes like charcoal and peri salt on all chips when was only meant to be peri salt on 1 chips.hope I get full refund as was worst chicken shop I've ever ordered from.
