Attended a birthday party, the atmosphere was brilliant, the surroundings fantastic and the bar staff were brilliant. Would definitely visit again, brilliant place to have a drink in the summer or a cosy winter get together, had a good vibe as an all year venue in a beautiful location.

We met up for a family get together, with our dogs and we're made to feel most welcome. We all had a light lunch and the dogs had a few snacks. Lovely. Finished with a lovely walk round a beautiful village.

A very good Thursday lunch. Nice fish pie and fish and chips.Sweets were enjoyed by all.Worth it try.
Perfect summer pub with an amazing garden and kid friendly area with views up to the hills.Never eaten here but really want to.Opening hours favour the weekend so check on timings if you visit early in the week.Good beer and cider selection and the place is a lovely mix of modern Vs ancient.I hear there are rooms beyond the 2 obvious ones?!

Impromptu Sunday lunch one pork one beef and it was ridiculously good. Lots of high quality ingredients and a warm Plate and a fabulous pint and very good value… faultless really. Also very nice environment and very courteous and friendly staff - thank you !
