Looks like the pub needs a good cleaning. The toilet is very grotty, and the hand wash gel was empty. Nobody seems to refill or replace it at all.We wanted to order hot food for lunch, but because the cook has walked out, unfortunately, we can only order sandwiches.Overall, I was very disappointed to have had lunch in this pub.The scores on the door should come & check out their kitchen.

I’m sorry to say the food was really quite bad! Some of my chips were still frozen in the middle, the pie lacked flavour and the meat was chewy, the roast was meagre and absolutely not worth the price. Fine if it’s a pub that just does a bit of food but the food is cheap and it’s more of a watering hole, but for those prices, you’d expect higher quality food and service, it’s a shame because the pub itself is beautiful!

A traditional pub in a lovely village with an open fire. 4 of us had Sunday lunch there. 3 had roast beef and one had steak pie. Unfortunately, all of the meals came on cold plates, so the roast beef and potatoes were cold to start off with. The roast beef was actually 2 small slices, so this did not represent good value. The steak pie on the other hand was very hot and a good size, but the plate was still cold. So all in all a bit of a mixed bag. We wouldn't recommend the roast, but the pie was good. Good choice of beers.

Lovely atmosphere. Food was great. A little slow with the service but it was very busy. Service was polite and friendly. Nice country pub.

We came here for Sunday lunch last week and it was excellent. We all had beef which was tasty, and good selection of veg. Good beers on tap, great service and a beautiful location.

Having read a review we booked for Sunday lunch, and so glad we did. Very friendly and welcoming staff, extensive menu and the food was wonderful resulting in 5 clear plates for each course. Good value for money, I’m only sorry that we were only in the area over one weekend or we’d have been frequent visitors. Thanks for everything.

Very nice pub lunch today. Lovely ham baguette with a few chips and salad, very pleasant pub. Authentic and literally 5 mins down the road from Chipping Camden. Nice outside terrace and further beer garden. Lady who served us was lovely. Authentic and some nice beers on tap as well. Parking available

We walked from Chipping Campden to Broad Campden and stopped at the Bakers Arms for lunch. The atmosphere and was inviting. Unfortunately, we were hoping for some chocolate ice cream, but all they had was vanilla and strawberry.
