Mid through a long drive I fancied a break and a burger. I stopped at this burger king which had plenty of parking and was easily found. Food and service were 5* as expected however the cleanliness is where it was let down for me. Tables hadn't been wiped and bins were full. But worse of all was there seemed to be either piss of water all over the toilets floor which clearly had been there a while as there were wet footprints throughout the store.

Went to quickly use the toilet at 9:05pm, bare in mind it closes at 10:00pm, and was closed. Staff didn’t even have the decency to tell us face to face. They signed from behind the till. Poor customer service and would not recommend visiting.

It used to be clean, but not now visited Friday ev on the way home from Doncaster. It was dirty tables toilets, floor etc.If you are traveling and want to stop for a brake well dont stop there. Bring back the little chef i say not this uninviting

Ordered a smokey chimichuri with loaded fries with cheese n bacon bits plus oreo shake. For a quick and easy meal on route home it was perfect. Burger was nice, food was hot and oreo shake as good as mcflurry. Was in at 7pm so not very busy but seating was available and place was clean and tidy.

Food is great? always piping hot have the 20 chilli cheese bites. a welcome break after driving for 2 hours service little slow sometimes. The toilets can be dirty but they are not the responsibility of burger

Stopped here on a long journey back home from Herefordshire. Not too busy at the time. Staff were pleasant and service was quick so no complaints.
