The newly trained barista at Costa Coffee Cirencester was exceptionally helpful during my visit. Despite being in training, their attentiveness and customer service skills were impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience, making me feel welcomed and valued as a

Bad service. Staff more interested in chatting to each other than serving. No one else in front of me, 10 minutes later still no drinks, so got a refund. Four staff working so no reason for delays.

Really friendly staff who take great pride in their work. Tables are clean and tidy

Woman behind the counter was more interested in serving family members in the queue behind me than sorting out my order. She was abrupt and abrasive.Toilet was dirty and had no toilet roll. Quite possibly the worst Costa I have ever been to. The only highlight was the duck in my photo.

Huge queues, corporate, what else can you expect? Decent coffee?

In Cirencester for a Saturday visit August 23 and we like Costa and this one was ok coffee wise but a bit noisy. Quite large with plenty of seating. Service a bit slow.

They have lovely staff inside who quickly and efficiently make your drink and get your food, they are always in a nice open mood for everyone that comes in and are always happy to help. Overall, the atmosphere isn't the greatest as it gets very loud and warm inside but setting that aside ot is great there. Would definitely recommend if you haven't been before

Had the misfortune to call in today whilst shopping in cirencester. Possibly the worst branch of costa I have visited. The 2 guys behind the counter were okay, one was being trained by the other which caused a slight delay but that was not an issue. The issues start with the state of the cutlery, I would suggest someone taking a look at the dishwasher as the knives, forks and spoons we were given were all dirty. Then my partner went to use the toilet only to find it filthy with bins overflowing and no toilet paper in site. She raised this with a third member of staff who was nearby, only to be met with a negative bordering on aggressive attitude and response. As we then left the premises this same staff member shouted "Bye! Have a wonderful day " sarcastically.I went back in to speak with him only to also be met with an arrogant tone. Some serious customer service training is required. If this had been my first experience of a costa there would not be a second! Fortunately the others have all had much higher standards.

Canny little Costa.Could do with a bit more table service/cleaning about the place but overall a pleasant experience. Service with a smile, centrally located and as always, beautifully crafted coffee.Single toilet for use by male and female, some seating outside. Upper and lower level seating inside. Large doors suited to disabled access.Excellent little pit-stop for your day in cirencester.
