Great busy little cafe with tasty cakes and hot coffee. It’s a great stop for a drink, and there are lots of tables, but it’s often very busy so getting a table is hit or miss. The cafe also stocks hundreds of gift ideas, almost too much stock for the shop and can be a bit overwhelming given the sheer number of biscuits, chocolates and gists on sale. But it’s a well run cafe and worth a visit.

Quality cafe with great atmosphere. Lots of display items of quirky teas, biscuits, chocolates and so on. I was very pleased that they sold nettle tea as loose leaf but a tad disappointed that I couldn't have a cup of nettle tea in the cafe. Had to opt for the usual herbal selection. Well

A lovely cute coffee shop, which sells local items, also loose tea & coffee. Great lattes. Food is lovely, a little pricey if your on a budget. Free WiFi.

Normally staff are very friendly. However having unwittingly handed over a £5 note with a torn corner. The young male serving was rude and abrupt and actually made me feel as if i was trying to hand over something counterfeit, telling me i am not accepting this have you another not torn ? Others might accept it, i am not. Very embarrassing and not at all customer friendly.

The menu says quintissentially Cotswolds. I hope the rest of the Cotswolds aren't so unfriendly, rude and unhelpful.
Fab little tea room with an amazing selection of tea and coffee to buy loose. Absolutely charming and lovely friendly staff. Food was delish too.

We went to Keiths for breakfast around 10-10.30 luckily breakfast was still being served as this is served until 11 and Lunch service started at 12. Even though food was a little slow coming out the full English breakfast was very tasty. We even asked for some amendments to the breakfast which was done with ease. Even though a little pricey it was worth the money. Toast and breakfast sandwiches were on granary but it was so soft and fresh. Both fried eggs and scrambled eggs were good. If I was in Cirencester I would go back. We did try the fruit cake and this was a little dry.

Firstly, food was very nice, BLT and sausage sandwich very good, worth the money despite the high cost! Good coffee and good selection of soft drinks!Secondly, not sure if we caught the team on a bad day but the service was dull and lackluster and the lack of music/atmosphere wasn’t great either - probably wouldn’t go back for this reason :)
