This is the second time I have been fleeced by this KFC. Both times I ordered a 10 piece family feast. The first time, of the 10 pieces they gave me, 9 were drumsticks! The next time I went I complained about this to the person who took my order, who assured me that the majority of my new order would not be drumsticks. I took his word for it, silly me, because when I got home and opened the box there were 7 drumsticks! This is the WORST KFC franchise I've ever been to!

I have just tasted the most foul chicken ever. I can only imagine the chicken has been hanging around far too long due to the rancid dry taste. I will never eat KFC from here again and possibly nowhere else. The quality was not at its best last time, but at least it was edible. Steer clear unless you want to be poisoned.

First of all we are working away from home on a construction site nearby, this KFC is on the way back to our accommodation, we have been coming here for 3 weeks now and things I have spotted that really need some attention! OK upon walking into the establishment the tables are not cleaned and wiped down, there is food on the floor and not cleaned up. I use the self service machines to order because I got fed up of the staff not understanding a word that I am saying and the staff's English is not the best, there is never any till roll on the self service machines so you don't get a receipt from them, when the order is ready it takes a long time to get a receipt as the staff don't know how to print one off! I then stopped having a colonel's 4 piece meal because they kept giving me 4 legs and I complained 3 times now but they said that is all they had which is a lie! Then if you need to wash your hands after eating that soft greasy dry chicken you can forget it the soap dispensers have been ripped off the wall and there is no soap at all and the toilets stink and not been cleaned regularly, I reported this 3 weeks ago and no change, it is unhygienic and really needs attention plus the area managers are a waste of time they don't do anything about the matters either

Couldn't understand the lady through the drive thru. Chicken dry, chicken seasoning on fries and way too much sauce on zinger burger. Worst KFC I've ever had.

Got a party bucket for my family and there was no popcorn chicken or drink in the meal and when I called the kfc the manager hung up on me when I asked for why I had no chicken/pop no my son won’t eat his dinner because of no popcorn chicken and is causing mayhem he is 9 for the record my Receipt code 064101008235085 5:43pm

If you like unhelpful, rushed service & soggy chips/fries, then this is the fast food Resturant for you! (Also, why for KFC large 40p for a dip when McDonalds charge nothing, zero, nada ,00p?)
