We had a very nice ham& cheese tostie and a toasted sausage sandwich, a nice cappuccino. Good value for money. Also staff very friendly.

I highly recommend this place! The coffee and cakes are delicious, I had a gluten dairy free salted caramel brownie. The atmosphere is very relaxing, such a lovely place to sit!Dietary restrictions: They catered for all my intolerances!

Absolutely atrocious, cold coffee, not to my expectations.

We love this café and we go there every time we visit Cirencester. Great service and the personnel is very polite and keen to serve you. The deserts are amazing!!

Average coffee for someone who loves good coffee. (I am not from Cirencester but the quality compared to roasters elsewhere was okay). Decent food. Nice and friendly staff but seemed a bit under resourced when the cafe was full.

lovely food, shocking service.Popped in for some lunch with family from Australia to a cafe I’ve been coming to for years, I was quite frankly embarrassed at the service that was received after speaking so highly of this place. Both people working behind the counter were rude and belittling. I also work in a small, local cafe and understand how it can get, but would never speak to customers the way in which we were spoken to today (especially as the cafe was very quiet with no queues and lots of empty seating).I have read the (shocking) responses to similar reviews and am aware that this will probably mean nothing but do still feel the need to share our experience. This place used to be so lovely and has a lot of potential, but I will not be returning any time soon.

Nice hot coffee and a good selection of cakes and savouries. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff despite it being a busy Saturday morning of the Cirencester Christmas Street Market. Most lately, haven’t had a good experience of cafes in Cirencester but, for the future, will remember this lovely establishment and will return.

Rude service, just asked for some water and the manager had a go at us for getting lunch somewhere else which was 2 hours ago. There was no need to be so abrasive about it! Looking at some of the other reviews, collectively the service has not been great. Is this a coincidence?

The coffee and cake here are great. The only downside was being charged 50p for a small jug of hot water on the side for my black americano?!

I went to this cafe with my family 8 in total. After settling down at a table I went up with my daughter to order. I started ordering a milkshake, cappuccino, anericano, before I ordered the other drinks I asked for a glass of water for myself this is where it took a nosedive. He tutted and rolled his eyes i looked at him puzzled ge looked at ne and said "are you really going to order just water on this busy Saturday afternoon" i thought he was joking but he actually said it again! I said "excuse me". It all sunk in that he was really saying what i heard! My daughter said she was uncomfortable so I had no hesitation but to say "forget it" I have never experienced such dusgusting rudeness and unprofessionalism from a business owner to me a customer ever! I simply asked for water!!. Shame on you for treating my family like this.

Fantastic Coffee and more - easily the best place to go in Cirencester (and comparable to the absolute best Coffee Shops I have been to anywhere in the UK and beyond). Staff are amazing, and the selection is great. Extra marks for the super cool decor! A total gem :)
