We were made to feel welcomed and everyone who was served was asked about their day and how the years been so far. My friend had fallen over on the walk over and grazed all his arms when Memul one of the workers spotted it he instantly offered some plasters. 10/10 customer service definitely recommend.

So me and my friend thought It would be nice to go to subway on our lunch break and we went to order our lunch and this lady who was very rude just walked away to go in the back room and then she gave me And my friend attitude and we had to explain what we wanted twice and the sandwich that I had she cut it through the plastic and it had plastic in my sandwich im now worried about ordering from there now because the lady who cut my sandwich with plastic please stay away has health and safety is appalling service is appalling and she was huffing and puffing and she was talking and not listening

I was appalled by the service I received today the staff were rude to me and my friend who were on lunch break from work she asked to take our order then walked off and started talking to another staff member they didn’t listen to what we wanted and huffed and puffed when we asked where most of our order was let’s just say that we wont be coming back and going elsewhere for lunch

Absolute appalling service today by the man who served me. Turnd his back to do jobs without giving me my receipt or napkins, asked for my meat to be heated up, first before having in the baguette, attitude face when I said he forgot the bacon. Been coming here since opening, all other servers have been extremely lovely and helpful as was the lovely lady who was working with him today, clearly knew his behaviour was unacceptable.

Giving this only one star as one of the employees was so rude to everyone - very stroppy - complaining how he should of finished work at 3pm - literally throwing the equipment and food around - he clearly did not want to be serving anyone, he shouted ‘next’ to each customer aggressively. The lady behind in the queue had not been to subway before and was very upset by the way he spoke to her. His colleague was lovely but clearly felt awkward by his colleagues behaviour. We will not return to this branch.

Was just getting my regular 6” spicy Italian subway when all of a sudden one of staff members, with glasses and a beard, verbally assaulted my college associates without substantial reasoning. It frightened the entire shop and seemed very unprofessional.Would not recommend going here.

Second meatball marinara I have had recently where the (wholemeal) bread has been stale. Today the end was clearly (not cut off) pulled maybe. The crisps were stale the packet had expiry December but must of been a whole in the packet. Didn’t notice until home. Very disappointed. Showing signs that maybe the other subway is being favoured? Maybe not long until it’s closed down.
