Ordered a takeaway and collected it 25mins later. Was ready when they said. Chicken Achari was good. Lamb tikka was on the chewy side. Pilau was ok, though a little clumped. Naan was a bit toasted and crunchy. Lady running the bar and orders was lovely. Food was adequate. I’m used to getting much better curry for similar prices at home in Sheffield. On holiday and hungry in a small town, I’ll take it ?

Unfortunately cannot give a zero star. Ordered online without a hint of them being busy. After waiting two and a half hours (called twice to be fobbed off with inaccurate delivery times) finally delivered luke warm food. There are other restaurants locally would recommend using anywhere else.

First time using as was caravanning in the area. Able to order online for collection was really helpful. On arrival staff were pleasant and service was quick enough.On returning to the caravan the food was exceptional. Very good quality and lovely flavour.Will definitely be back when next in the area (usually at least once/twice a year).

Met up for a family get together and the food hear was stunning! Speedy polite service and the presentation was butiful and the tastes were the best I have had from a curry. The only downside was the poppadoms were a little oily but I would reccomendation this place and we will defo go again.

Wonderful food and service. Couldn’t fault anything, Staff very talkative and informative… excellent evening. We dined alone but it was a Monday and the end of summer holidays for some. Had a great chat with the waiter, who I suspect was the owner, lovely chap.

Ordered a takeaway on the website and collected. Amazing food and Service. Not somewhere I’d have thought about popping in to eat, it’s only got a small dining area, however the food was absolutely amazing and I’d definitely go again if we’re in the area.

Fantastic curry, best we've had in a long while. Very flavoursome, quick delivery and polite staff. Highly recommend the Akbori Shahira. The cheese and garlic naan, however, was the only let down as cheese was sparse. It's great to have an option of chicken nuggets and chips for our increasingly fussy kids.

Ordered food online at 10.17pm on a Sunday for delivery...... depends where you look but either open till 10.30pm or 11pm... so in time either way.Order accepted. Email received. No delivery.Why accept an order if you have no desire to deliver. Now at 11pm to late to order from another place that would have delivered....

Absolutely useless service, placed an order online, No food was delivered , second time this has happened in might add, no email, no phone call, absolutely nothing i'do give no , I thought I'd give them a second chance but never again, shocking service and now one hungry man I'd give no stars if the option was available ?
Decor rather grim. Doesn’t strike me as very authentic Indian. Food was acceptable but rather mediocre. Presentation nothing special. I wouldn’t have liked to see the kitchens ! Average food average prices. Teenage girl waitress was ok .. I wouldn’t go back. Coleford is rubbish for food.

What an absolutely amazing Indian takeaway! I have ordered many many times from Cinnamons and it is perfect every single time. Not to mention the staff, they are all wonderfully efficient, respectful and absolutely brilliant at what they do. Thank you Cinnamon for being the best.

Ordered food online at 10:45pm (45 minutes before closing). received the confirmation email and everything and then never received my food. i tried calling twice and there was no answer, waited until 12:00am until giving up and going to bed.
