Have had a few pizzas from here however the one I had yesterday tasted incredibly salty.Also, it's very off putting when you have a young lady working there in a pharmacy uniform. She herself was lovely but not good seeing somebody in a clinical uniform.

Ordered many times online... always a min of 1 hour45 min wait to deliver.. and then always late. Only order 2 meals.Worked in a take away before and we were blasted for be being 5 mins late and never gave an hour 45 minute start..... ridiculous set up.Burger arrived thrown together with about 20 strands of lettuce and half a slice of tomatoe.Warm..... think they have been waiting for a few orders to deliver together in the same area......I don't pay over priced food for it to be late, not enough filling and warm.Could have made burgers myself at lunch time and microwaved them for tea and get a better result....I will be doing this from now on... Given to much money for bad food.I recommend going into the shop as opposed to delivery. .. that way they can't make you wait over 2 hours

Best place for vegan kebabBecause when we opened up the chicken kebab only thing we could really find was a pitta bread full of salad with some small scrap's of chicken at the bottom also rather pricey

Simply don’t bother took 2 1/2 hours for our takeaway to arrive then it was wrong . This wasn’t isolated as it took 2 hours for a previous delivery but we thought it was a one off and we would give them another try . Don’t deserve to stay in business. Won’t ever use again .

Yet again, another deeply disappointing and underwhelming delivery and food experience from Milano! Despite disappointments in the past I thought I would try them again as they have recently re-branded. opened another premises next door and have installed a user friendly ap. I ordered a home delivery online - no issues with that at all and no issue with the fact that my ETA was approximately one and a half hours - it was a bank holiday Sunday so you expect to wait. Where I DO take issue is the fact that the food arrived stone cold! To pay over 44 quid for a couple of pizzas, a wrap and some meat, chips etc and receive them stone cold is completely unacceptable! To then ring and make them aware of the situation to be informed that the delivery car left the premises as soon as our order had been cooked and delivered immediately is blatantly untrue - we live just over 3 miles away!?! The fact that the management couldn’t even be bothered to take my call but was shouting in the background to his employee what to say to me says it all… No one minds mistakes, no one minds waiting but please don’t insult my intelligence and tell me my food had been cooked to order and delivered immediately. Don’t rip people off who have agreed to place an order with you and in good faith expect to receive their food hot - well to be fair, you could have had me at warm!! Don’t pass the buck and expect your phone operative to take the flack and not respond yourself to complaints. He’s probably on minimum wage and didn’t cook the food so he’s not the problem - you are. Take accountability, don’t rip people off and don’t send your food out COLD!!

Lovely people, very friendly service. The establishment was extremely clean. Sadly they got 2 out of the 3 orders wrong - and the food was terrible. My lamb kebab was inedible - I'd asked for a little sauce and the whole dish was swimming in it. 2 of the 3 dishes went straight in the bin. This is a real shame, as their pizzas are fabulous and we order them often.

Great food always is but, every time I order something they forget to put something in, they alway say we will send it out but not good once you got it not like I'm going to wait 45 mins again for it food's cold by that time

Had a chicken doner with Kofte mid week and it was cracking. Really upped their game with the relaunch. Quality of food was on another level for a Coleford takeaway. Chips were hot and crispy, lamb Kofte tasted of lamb and meaty, chicken doner was lean and not fatty. Chilli and Garlic mayo sauces tasted natural and not artificial. Far better packaging so the chips didn't go soggy and loads of it. Loads of fresh salad. Happy to give credit where credits due. Will come back.

Amazing!! Initially received the wrong order as I ordered chicken… not chicken nuggets! But honestly once I got my chicken Donna and pieces; it was soooo nice and full of flavour. The lady on the phone was really helpful and the delivery girl was totally ace ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will definitely order again. Great food and service.
