Lovely place. Lovely staff who made us welcome. Great G & T served with ice and lemon ?, great beer. While most customers were enjoying the carvery we ordered steaks which were cooked to perfection. Will definitely visit again. Well done everyone.

Cracking pub. Nothing was too much for the staff who catered for our very large group of around 60 people. It was our clubs charity event and the staff really did go above and beyond to cater for us. The carvery was delicious and plenty of ales to choose from. Great location, clean and friendly venue, what’s not to love! Would highly recommend.

We have just finished 4 nights staying at the campsite at the George Inn and cannot fault it.The facilities are spotless. Lovely hot showers clean toilets and big pitches.The pub is amazing. Friendly staff and customers. We ate a couple of times and out of the 4 of us that stayed there wasn't a bad meal between us.Cannot wait to return.Walkability: Walks along the stream.Food & drinks: Food was amazing. Presentation of meals were what you would expect at a high end restaurant.Noteworthy details: Clean facilities, lovely pub

Me and my family love eating here. The food is always excellent, and the portion sizes are humongous!!The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice little outdoor play area for the kids too (weather permitting of course).
