The people who work here have been very welcoming and made my stay with my little boy enjoyable. Very pleasant people and I would highly recommend this place for anyone. Thankyou guys and keep up the good work. I appreciate all the things you did for me and my son.Kid-friendliness: My son had nut allergies and they were helpful and offered the nut allergen list to me

The staff who was seating the customers was very busy as he seemed to be the only one around apart from one person behind the bar. But he was very helpful and polite when he came to the front to admit us. I think there may have been staff shortage as breakfast plates were not replaced quickly so some of us had to start getting the food using the side plates and we also had to wait for some items to be refilled, but that was not a big deal. The manager at the hotel arranged for my party of 14 to be sat near each other (and near the food) ! It would be helpful if the rooms had shaver points and if the internet was more reliable.

I booked a week in advance for a roast on a Sunday but when I arrived I actually only booked a table and had to wait almost one hour and watched almost 10 table s get served before myself very poor service indeed will definitely not be going again or tell freinds or family to go there Don't Go is my advice ??????????

Extremely slow service and mediocre food.

Amazing value for money, especially if you have children. £9.99 for all you can eat breakfast (including juice, tea and coffee) and two children eat free with each paying adult. Absolute bargain!

Breakfast was just rubbish.Large group of us went in but as we weren’t advised to book by the premier inn we were very abruptly told that they weren’t expecting us and that we would have to wait ??‍♀️No food for ages and the 2 people on shift were so rude.Definitely was not worth the £10 per person…Would not recommend breakfastSuch a shame because you go later in the day and the staff are happy and helpful ?‍♀️

A group of us went here for our meals when we stayed at the Premier Inn for a work visit.I can only say nothing but great and honest reviews of this place. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxed. The staff who served us were amazing, friendly and made us feel welcomed. Also remembered us when we came in the next day.The food in the evening was so tasty, full of flavour and cooked just right (Mixed Grill). The breakfast buffet was set out to serve yourself and have a great variety to pick from.If I am ever back that way, I would want to go again here to eat so I am hoping this restaurant stays especially with Whitbread closing down loads of their restaurants.Parking: Free parking but restrictions on how long you can park for.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors can open. Seating available without needing to use any steps

It's a Brewers Fayre so you get what it says on the tin. Lunchtime not too busy when we visited. Friendly staff. Decent service. Food hot and portions good. Good value for money.

I don’t think these guys could have done a better job. Clean & super friendly & welcoming. Affordable, tasty food. It was the staff that made it, went out of their way to meet our every need. I wouldn’t hesitate to return

From the outside the Concorde doesn't look very inviting. It looks dated and the Brewers Fayre canopy's over the window are dirty and stained. The brown tints on the windows are also dated and old fashioned. But despite this, inside it's actually very clean and bright, there's a real friendly atmosphere and the food was served quickly without any faults, the food tasted as you'd expect and I couldn't have asked for more. The staff member that served us throughout the whole visit was an absolute gem. He was super friendly, funny and just made you feel real at ease. He was accommodating and attentive, everything you could want in a staff member!! He provided excellent service. I wasn't expecting much based off the reviews for the Brewers Fayre Concorde, but I couldn't of been more wrong, and I do this a lot!!Kid-friendliness: Staff were friendly with the children and there's plenty of room for the kids to move around the place.Parking: Lots of parking spaces. Free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

It's been a very long time since going to this restaurant. I would like to start with saying the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fine. Could have been hotter and took a good 45 minutes to get to the table. We were in no rush so this wasn't an issue. The place was not very busy so we were a little surprised the food took that long. Plenty of tables/seating options and parking not a problem. I would go again as its not expensive and you get a good amount of food.

We have visited tonight and all the staff were amazing. Even though they were extremely short staffed , Dan , Chris, Jacob and I think the chef's name was Ashton?? (Sorry if that's wrong!) Made time to speak to us. 10 out of 10 again, well done xx
