The lady working the pizza counter today is pulling an absolute blinder single handed and clearly is not being paid enough for her hard work

Don't shop here very often as Quedgeley is closer. Usually very good when we do pop in though. Excellent range of products. Today however, we were on self scan the light went red. No one came over so my partner walked over to a staff member to ask for help. She immediately said I'm not helping you and then said don't touch me. She said my partner touched her shoulder (he didn't!) Then she just walked off. We complained about her to another staff member who just said 'sorry shes funny like that'. Put me off going in there. I'm sure most of the staff are lovely but this one was RUDE!

A company who cancel your delivery without notice, lie to you about the delivery. Take the money and then say they did in fact deliver it! Thieves and liars, avoid at all costs.

Shelves extremely messy, very uncared for. Bad experience.

For this kind of toy sale. Come on no other religion has done this kind of mindless marketing. You guys are teaching small innocent children that only Yousuf is your Muslim friend.Very disappointed

Was suspose to have a delivery last night and nothing showed up they said they delivered it even though they never. Half the items missing and now have to wait 3-5 days for my money back and haven't got the funds to get more food until they give me my money back what the hell is going on.

Large supermarket with huge food choice at reasonable prices. Has a George clothing selection area, pharmacy, foreign exchange desk and petrol station.

Fantastic... My favourite was the 8pm announcement for cheap produce at the bakery. Every convenience shop owner in Gloucester came running from every direction to buy cheap produce for their overpriced and quite frankly unhygienic shops

Me Not (Edwin)

Sold damaged goods, that they politely returned. The in-store pharmacy won't accept spent medical items... Some of the store displayed stock is left in a slight mess, by it's eclectic mix of customers.

I wish to make a complaint in regards to the pharmacist at asda on Bruton way Gloucester. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this person.I had a prescription done online. I received an email saying it was sent to Asda pharmacy. It listed the address etc.I took it to Asda. The pharmacist proceeded to tell me I was wrong that they don't have prescriptions sent to them and to go and contact whoever sent it. I had to spend time arguing with him because this has happened to me before with this man. Prescriptions are sent to pharmacies electronically anyway so that's a lie. The last time I had an issue I had to walk to another pharmacy who were able to look online and confirm that it was sitting with asda I walked back and had another argument and got my prescription.Due to this experience I was able to tell him he was wrong and I had to force him to read the email I was sent and miraculously managed to find it.He was really rude and incredibly unhelpful. I shouldn't have to fight to get my medication. This was the pharmacist on duty on the 22nd Jan a tall black mam I didn't get his nameI've tried ringing through but customer services is based abroad and they couldn't get the right department despite trying multiple times so I'm having to raise it here

Hai, I and my family just came to purchase the things today. We reached near to the cash counter, at that time one of your staff told us to stay near the same cash counter because shop is going to close. After finishing the payment we were putting the stuff in the bag, again the same staff targeted us and called us 'hello',' hello' twice and told us to leave immediately. At that time we could see many customers were waiting for the payment.we were insulted very badly in front of them. It is the first experience for us.everyone who were standing there was looking to us and laughing. Her attitude was very bad.even after we came out we could see one or two customers was still near to the counter.it was our bad experience.

Fix your systems!!!! On your part, it is super frivolous to your customers that your ATMs and cash register machines are not working, neither were we able to get our purchases or pay for them, so you will lose regular customers like us who make you a good turnover on a regular basis. If it happens again at the moment, my review is zero, I will not give you feedback until this changes. Shame on you, we had Christmas Eve shopping and Christmas shopping. Your problem is that your most basic things are under any criticism!
