Food never turned up!! Spent £40 order and waited 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 20 mins and it hasn’t turned up. They sounded like they was arguing with eachother while I was on the phone and then they hung up on me without an answer with where my food was! Completely

Had a lovely meal yesterday. Early bday gift from my kids bless them. The food was piping hot flavoursome and not greesy at all. Food was delicious service was profesonal and polite and as perusal I like to be awkward and change things and they couldn't of been more helpful. Was on time and a very polite driver brought it. I love Indian food and this has been a fav take away of mine for many years prices are reasonable and the owner is just lovely so give it a try and enjoy. I will take pics next time was so ready for my dinner after a heelnof a week I forgot should of got a bot of wine or a couple of beers lol. Thank you so much Bombay Mix see yah soon. Just a quick post to say i ordered for my dad and driver wouldn't bring it to him and he is disabled plus he still refused to bring it up even knowing customer couldn't come
I suggest this place every single time! My family and friends favorite curry place in Gloucestershire. Never had any issues, friendly and food is to die for.

Food was cold when I received it and the cheese naan was stuffed with cheap tesco orange cheese slices and I paid a fiver for it. Will only use spice House in future

Good food, BUT ...Seems there are changes I used to be able to order direct on their web site, no service charge no delivery fee over £10 and 10% to 15% discount.Now the food is to the same standard as before but there is a delivery fee , minimum purchase for delivery and a service charge , with 10% discount , ordered on weekend and changed again still delivery fee but now have to spend £20 to get discount.I will shop around just eat as they are no longer the best value in town and living alone you notice the differance in the pricing, delivery and no discounts etc from the previous owners.There is no advantage to ordering direct than on just eat yet they have to pay just eat a feee.Dont think they will last long at these prices but good luck anyway
