Large menu, great value and very nicely done. Bright and clean cafe with friendly staff. Don't go to the big chains, this is right on Southgate Street and is open on a Sunday!!

Decent food but service was appalling by the blonde woman. I overheard her making ableist remarks at a man in a wheelchair in the queue telling him to “move away because he’s holding up the queue”. She also was rude when handing out the food making me feel uncomfortable.

Staff welcoming, and offered wifi code when noticed I was on my phone. Had a sausage sandwich and coffee, very tasty, but I wish I had a breakfast as saw another customer with one, will do next time. Great atmosphere, will be back for lunch soon.

Staff very welcoming and friendly .we Ate in I had a regular breakfast and it was rhe best I've had and very filling , my son had a 8oz burger with bacon and cheese with chips and bbq sauce, 2 milkshakes I had latte xxxxx the best cafe I've been in for a long time . The cafe is very clean and welcoming.Well done all at cafe72

Enjoyed the breakfast but slightly surprised at their reluctance to give me a refill of boiling water in my pot.I did get some water but not enough to fill the cup.Would be interested to hear their view
Great new cafe in Gloucester city centre. Comprehensive menu of breakfasts, jacket potatoes, baguettes, baps, toasties & sandwiches. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and large mug of tea in a smart clean environment. Highly recommended.
