My experience was unpleasant. The girl with an accent serving had poor people skills and made me feel as though she was doing me a favour. The service was unfriendly and as if I'd done something wrong to be honest. I made a friendly joke but there was no breaking that ice. Needless to say, I won't be back but for those that are going, be advised that while I was waiting, I did see 3-4 flies which landed on uncovered cakes and around the coffee machine and cups etc so from a hygiene perspective, this isn't an area this particular Costa is excelling at.

Nice comfortable seats. An excellent Costa on the first floor of the Next store.
Absolutely amazing staff, they are extremely helpful and it's spotlessly clean.
