I expect on a Monday afternoon which was cold and damp at 3 pm to have been able to drink our coffee and eat our food in heated comfort. But as we took our items and proceeded to go sit, were loudly informed the seating area was closed. No explanation but we then had to leavethe Kingswalk location in Gloucester and go find a warm place to sit and enjoy our coffees and food somewhere else. Even if it was being cleaned they could of sectioned off the seating area instead of closing the whole area. We specifically chose this location for the heated seating area .

Good food although the service was appalling. Short man with a neck tattoo ranting about how lazy people are nowadays, swearing every other word, infront of my infant daughter. Would far rather go to the store on Southgate Street where they seem much more professional.

The Honest Review

I work in the centre and I have been going to Greggs Kingswalk for quite a few years. I have seen so many managers come and go since then, but the new manager seems to be doing a great job. The shop is getting better and better, with fresh and tasty products every day. Every time there is a queue, they always ask people from the back of the shop to serve, which shows how efficient and customer-oriented they are. I hope they keep up the good work and continue to provide excellent service and quality food. Greggs Kingswalk is my favourite place to grab a bite or a coffee when I need a break from work.

If you are new in the UK, greggs is where to get affordable baked goods. For as low as £1.99, you can get a nice hot sausage. Around 11am to 2pm is very busy and you might have to stay in line. They also have coffee and chilled drink options. Oh and downloading the app gives you bonus points and discounts.

It's a regular Gregg's ? staff are super friendly tho but sometimes under pressure. It can be a really busy shop but I've never been stood waiting more than a few minutes and they seam to have backup staff at busier times.

Bought 2 boxes of 4 doughnuts for 2 consecutive days. On the second day, I was charged almost £2 over. The diff between those orders was 1st day got 6filled and 2 doughnuts, on the 2nd day got 7filled and 1 ring doughnuts. I told them about what I bought and how much I paid a day before. The lady came to help the trainee staff and said something to him and I managed to pay the same as I paid a day before but, what the trainee staff dis was changed the contents of one of the boxes. Before I left, I asked him what's inside and he said 2 filled and 2 rings just like what I exactly I ordered a day before. I did not bother to open the box until I arrived home and found out that 1 box only contained 2 rings and 1 filled which in contrary to what the staff said 2 filled and 2 rings. I felt like being fooled, cheated and deceived. What a big shame because I am regular of this store. I hope they hire staffs that are efficient and who know what they do and be honest to the customers. It is like deceiving and stealing from customers.
