Check your order before leaving, always atleast 1 missing item. Eveytime we go theres something missing from our order. We started to check each time we went and it was there. Until today 12/10/23. When we returned home to find that a burger was missing and also 5 chicken selects. Did give the benefit of the doubt. But will now be going to a different franchise as its a reoccurring pattern with St. Oswolds that atleast 1 of your items is missing. Great way for them to make a profit. Will not be returning.

Taking advantage of APP ordering, to only include part of your order. We have had two orders recently and each time we've found a burger missing. Not a bad way to increase profits as it's unlikely customers would drive back again to collect the rest of their order. Not good when one of the group finds they don't have anything to eat especially when it's a young person who has been looking forward to their treat! If you order from this branch my advice us to check everything BEFORE you leave. If we ever order from here again, we certainly will do regardless of how quickly the server wants to get away.

had a big mac which was amazing and speedy as always. found it a bit weird when my server neeya tried to tickle me and took a bite of my burger though.

I visit here regularly when we fancy a few hours out. Have always had hot food, always put together properly not thrown in a bun like some of the others, stafF are friendly, sometimes a long wait due to the popularity. My favourite McDonald’s for the family.

Have come here a fair few times over the past year at different times of day, customer service has always been excellent - friendly and polite staff. Only rarely kept waiting longer than 5 minutes for my order. Food quality sometimes inconsistent (some undercooked fries here and there) but such is the way with fast food

What a joke their drive in is. 4 meals ordered all with banana milk shakes. Payment made, next window we get handed 3 milkshakes ask for the other one was told we only ordered 3 ! You have to drive around again !! I said we ordered 4 take this back and refund me, manager involved and got the forth milkshake, I remarked that the meal better be right and immediately told to wait in the carpark. 15 mins later get handed just 3 cold meals had to go inside to sort it out !\\nA simple task 2 meals the same 2 different all with the same drink. If there was an option to give zero stars I would have. By the way fries were way past fresh, like eating cardboard.
