Recently the service here is so so slow. No good if you need food

rang 83 times till they answered.. they gave me uber number to refund my food what didn’t have all my order (not the driver fault)The staff in stroud mc donald’s are rude an said NO REFUND an blamed the uber driver JOKE.. so my kids didn’t get there food and i paid £17.80 for two drinks and fries PISS TAKE.!

Stone cold big 'tasty'... £10.00 for a meal and they can't even serve it warm? I'm not even asking for hot, just warm. Pathetic.Went at prime-time too - 18:30. Had to wait for chips and get a literally stone-cold burger.This franchise should be ashamed of themselves.

Always when I’m with my 7 year old twins!!!I order them a happy meal and myself a medium double quarter pounder! Always cold, always more chips in the happy meal than the medium meal! Always forget the sauces which I have to stand at an empty till for over minutes asking for some as I get ignored because standing there with a receipt looking at a screen doing nothing is more important!!!!! Worst one I’ve ever been to!! This is a joke!!!!

Orders are often cold, partly missing and take forever to be prepared. I know this is real first world problem stuff, but we’ve waited in the car park for over half an hour on more than one occasion, just to have some of the order missing.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but they’re never ready to go if you order from the drive through.
