Amazing Service! We ordered on Just Eat and it did not arrive. This has never happened before; We are regular customers. However, a quick phone call later and Muchachos rushed out a replacement delivery of amazing food. They even apologised for the issue when it was clearly not their fault. What amazing service. Thanks!

Popped in on my way to the station and was so surprised by how much I enjoyed the meal that I felt compelled to review (I rarely get takeaway fast food, and never review!). The burger was a really nice quality patty, and the bun and garnish were tasty too. The chips were great, just like old school burger King chips. The peri peri chicken was super tender and tasty, and the greek salad side was fresh and quite unexpected! Everything was so much better than a typical takeout, I would highly recommend to anyone passing by.

Go to Peri place, nice food and really well priced!Parking: No parking but is street next to it you can usually find a free space. If it's after 8PM usually people just park in tbe bus lane if its for collection quickly.

My friend and I ordered food over the phone and informed them we were coming to eat at Muchachos. We got there, got our meal and requested for pepper because we did not get any, the manager told us we had to pay for pepper in a rude tone, we ignored him, paid for the pepper and ate our food.As soon I finished eating, I asked for hand napkins to wipe the sauce off my hands, the manager offered me blue tissue paper for wiping surfaces, I told him it will not help and asked for saviet paper but he refused to give it to me and told me to go get mine from Tesco's after we had paid for our meal which was very insulting and rude.I was disappointed by his response and told him it was bad customer service next thing he did shocked me as he told us both to get out of his shop and was swearing at us for no reason just because we told him we were not happy with his reactions.This is very bad customer service and I will never recommend anyone to Muchachos restaurant in London road, Gloucester because it can happen to anyone and shows how undisciplined and disrespectful and they only care about your money and not having good morale or standards.The Manager was not mindful of his attitude and how it affected me or what I was going through.I will never recommend that place, they have no morales.
