During my recent stay at Holiday Inn for work conferences, I found myself in need of a quick and convenient evening meal. After a quick Google search, I stumbled upon this gem of a takeaway. Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed. Not only was the service exceptional, but I was pleasantly surprised that they offered delivery to hotels, unlike another place I had called. The food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious, making for a perfect end to busy day that I had. I highly recommend this takeaway for anyone in need of a convenient and satisfying meal, whether you're traveling for work or leisure.Additionally, I must commend the staff for their kindness over the phone. They not only took my order efficiently but also recommended some fantastic meals to try, which made the decision-making process much easier. It's truly a shame that this takeaway isn't located back up north in my town because it would undoubtedly be a hit there as well. I recently ordered from new rainbow and though the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the taste and quality of the food made it totally worthwhile! The anticipation built up during the wait was finally satisfied when the food arrived piping hot and bursting with flavour. From the savory aroma from every dish was to very delicious.The portions were generous, ensuring satisfaction for my family at the table. Despite the slight delay, the courteous customer service and the exceptional food quality truly made the experience memorable. I highly recommend New rainbow for anyone craving authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine. It's definitely worth the wait!Dietary restrictions: They have all the allergen listed out for each dish which is very very helpful

The service was great and the food was honestly worth the wait. Their menu caters to all and has a variety of vegetarian options to choose from. It's the perfect friday night takeaway. I'll definitely be coming here again!

We changed from Emperor to New rainbow in summer 2023 when Empire was shut for a while, and it was brilliant. Last night when we ordered was told delivery would be an hour, we were waiting an hour and a half... delivery driver was rude on arrival and gave no apology for being late but then lingered around like I was going to give him a tip... absolutely not! Beef with green pepper and black bean sauce looked like it was cooked in dishwasher water and the beef was fatty ?, salt and pepper chips may as well of been normal chips but with onions chucked in with them however the chicken in the chow mein was probably the only good part.Won't be ordering from here for a while. Could of handled the long wait but the rude delivery driver was the cherry on top of the cake for me.

I’ve just moved to Gloucester and have been looking for a good Chinese takeaway in the area. I’ve tried a few places in town, but none of them can compare to the quality of the food at New Rainbow! I live quite far away from the place, but they still deliver it very quickly and the driver was very friendly. 11/10 would recommend!
