First time me and my husband have ordered from here and it was delicious! Ordered a take away and collected ourselves, took 20 mins (on a Saturday evening). Excellent service! Food was hot and so tasty, the veg Pad Thai was so good!For those on here complaining about how long it took for their food to arrive, take it up with the deliver company - Just eat, Glos eats, Uber eats, Deliveroo if it takes so long. It’s not the fault of the restaurant!Staff were very friendly and polite and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Looking forward to ordering again. Khop Kuhn Ka ??

Shockingly bad place wouldn’t recommend takes forever and a life time to be delivered meaning our food was cold and practically unedible. Staff don’t show any care either when you call to complain and get refused any sort of discount or refund. PLEASE AVOID!!!

Would give 0 if I could. Food was over 2 hours late and arrived cold! Rang the restaurant multiple times off different phone numbers as they just ignored my calls when I rang them. Terrible service and cold food. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Lovely Thai dinner here, very accommodating to requests, we asked for no veg in one of the rice dishes and it came out as requested.The flavours were amazing, though the dishes came out in a slightly random order, not major but did make us wonder:Starters:2. Chicken Satay 5/57. Prawn tempura 5/59. Dim sum 5/510. Chicken wings 4/5Mains:15. Red thai chicken 5/518. Chicken panang 10/5 !!!!17. Massaman chicken 3/513. Tom yum nam kon mushroom 5/528. Pad Thai pork 4/530. Pad khe Mao prawn 5/543. Special rice chicken (no veg) 5/529. Pad seeiow prawn 5/5Just a side note, if requesting takeaway tubs for any leftovers there is an additional charge for EACH tub!!! Bit shocked by this (hence 1 less star on service) but:1) the food was so tasty and2) we couldn't let it go to waste!I love Thai food, but I'm not in a rush to come back here (though I probably would book this again if we're on the Thai vibe for our next dining out occasion)Kid-friendliness: Nice little soft play area, more suitable for 18mnths - 4 year olds. Hosted my daughters 3rd Birthday here yesterday and it’s was great! The staff were all so lovely and helpful! There was 20 of us and the food came out so quickly, and it was all very delicious! The soft play was great for the kids. Everyone had a great time! I will definitely be returning/ordering from here Kid-friendliness: Perfect size soft play!

Thank you to the staff at Phumin Thai Kitchen for the top customer service we received yesterday evening. We had a delicious,authentic thai meal for a friend's birthday and would highly recomend this place to anyone that enjoys different cuisines but does not necessarily want to travel out of town. Flavoursome, fresh ingrediants used in all 8 different mains. Look forward to visiting again soon.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options for a group of 8 vegetarians.Parking: Fantastic Free parking after 5pm on a weekday.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to seating areas.
