“I've always had a great experience with Fireaway but was really disappointed tonight. My milkshake didn't arrive with the order and the guy called the store. He told me it would be delivered in 15 minutes. After an hour I called the store and a rather rude man told me it would be with me in under 10 minutes. It turned up 25 minutes later and was disgusting. It was not like it usually is and certainly didn't taste like it had "natural ingredients." It tasted very heavily of a syrup type substance and was like milk that had been watered down. Perhaps this was due to how long it was in the car? For £6.99 you should be able to expect fresh. Would've scored lower for today but felt it was unfair as I've never had a problem before.”

“Love the food here. The only big issue is, they always forget the drinks! This restaurant uses their own drivers. My latest order - again was missing the drink. I told the driver the drink was missing, the driver said “I will come back with your drink” I’m still waiting… I may have to find a different kebab shop.”
