What a joke this petrol station is,fuel most expensive in Glos area! I never pump here for fuel but wanted just use jet (power)wash,put 4 quid but machine not working.They have 2....1 is working ,the other is down and not working who knows for how long as pictures Im posting here say it all.Hindi mate just acting absolutely stupid.Asked for money return, his answer manager be there at 1pm.... When I confront him,he dosent even speak english.Filthy place...avoid and save your money.Dont understand how this filthy and expensive petrol station still exist! Go elswhere ...!!!

Great for hand car wash but always full of mud and there staff just lazy won't clean it so when car is washed dirty marks of the dirty equipment? Can't add photos left? But next time I'll take photo because it will still be manky!

Awful service. Waited 5 minutes for employee to flick the switch to allow me to use the pump, as he was loading the milk. Then had to for him to load the Costa coffee machine. In the end I just put the right amount on the counter and walk off. I will never go in there again. I advise other to avoid it too

Need to update the opening and closing timings. It opens at 6Am and closing at 11pm.

It's an okay petrol station but it's not 24 hours and also sometimes when I pop over they are shut before 11pm. That's a bit cheeky ??

Tyre machine not always working the person serving wasnt interested.Did give me my money back however.Its not 24hrs as it says on the website and I asked for a toilet but got td no even tho it advertises on the website.The vacuum machine isnt powerful enough.For petrol its easy enough and nice and spacious.Shop laid out clearly.Hesitant to ever use any machines here although I have seen someone successfully use a jet .
Jet wash at this service station was an absolute joke. And cost the earth, and when i went in to get some change the woman behind the till was not interested when i told her it needs looking at. She was too busy face timing. Really wish i didnt bother. Never again.

Disappointment. Place shows open 24 hrs a day - wanted to get a Snickers bar but couldn’t even do that. Highlights are a cash point which in the past decided to eat my card but that’s not important, they sell American soda and also has a Costa drink machine which doesn’t look maintained at all. What is important is that I can’t get any candy fix past midnight, it’s rediculous! Every Shell petrol station I’ve been to has always been open past midnight or even if the doors are closed they can serve you via the drive thru window chute. On an odd occasion I was also rushed to pick my items by the illiterate staff member as he wanted to finish merchandising, put stock out or as they usually do... get on a phone call and relax. Rubbish!

Cleanest and best lace to fill up in town . never overly busy and always spotlessly clean and fast service and the aisles are logical sense .I even like the newspapers outside to glance .Friendly staff with a smile . I use a lot of petrol on occasions and this place is always a joy to use. I actually look forward to using them.
