Ordered a takeaway. Food never arrived but money was taken from my account. Have tried contacting the restaurant multiple times via phone, email, instagram and have had no response. Terrible customer service. Have ordered from here previously with no problems but won’t be ordering again.

I didn't know what to expect when i ordered it but it is ABSOLUTELY delicious. the chips are great, the wraps are amazing and they even stay warm for awhile. 100% coming back.

This place is great. The food is delicious, different to most food you get in Gloucester and not just because its (mostly) vegan. Different choices and flavours. I'm personally not vegan myself but you can tell this food is made with love and effort. Plus the service is fantastic and so is the music! Only downside is not enough seats to bring my family.

Had my 1st delivery from sowl food this evening ordered online food at the door with in 30 mins nice quick delivery and tbh I knew I wouldn't be disappointed proper food cooked with proper love will be definitely ordering again 1 ❤️ to the chef ?

Lovely food. I had the Sowl Burger which was delicious and my wife really enjoyed the dirty sowl wrap with chips. We had amazing bownies to finish offVegetarian options: Really good Vegan food which was incredibily tasty

Previously 100% plant-based restaurant but owner lost clientele due to issues with reliability, service and attitude. Recently decided to expand the menu by introducing goat and cow bodyparts, hoping to attract new customers instead of addressing the issues which lost him his customer base in the first place. Sad to witness the self-destruction of what could and should have been a great plant-based business.

Went as a father and son meal out. Food was absolutely incredible. One vegan and one meat lover but we’re both able to have a fabulous meal together. Was really friendly, thank you so much, will be back soon!!

Steer clear.In response to your reply: you're broke because you don't know how to run a business, not because you sold vegan food. I ran a vegan food business for 4 years - I knew how to look after my customers. Stop blaming others for your failures and start looking at your own actions. Oh and you can't have a 100% plant-based menu if you sell meat - it's really not that complicated.
