I frequented this Starbucks where I requested an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk. This order was repeated to myself so didn’t think it necessary to triple check that this was the correct order before driving away. After receiving this and taking a drink I realised that they had given me almond milk instead of oat milk. This may not seem like a big issue at first however I am severely allergic to almonds and began to display the symptoms of an allergic reaction. At first I thought that I had been given the wrong order however, I had also ordered a drink for my partner whose was correct. Horrified by this (potentially) fatal error, I contacted the customer care team who are yet to respond to my query. I will not be visiting here for a while as it now feels unsafe for myself (or anyone else) with allergies.

Just a regular Starbucks coffee shop, some what busy. Very nice and helpful and funny staff a very large range of coffee and food, very relaxed atmosphere. And I'm quite sure 87,000 possible permutations of drinks so never a lack of choice ?

Went into the drive-through and honestly just expecting a coffee but whilst I was waiting for my coffee the Starbucks staff member just had a lovely conversation and asked me how my day was going etc etc and it just made me smile hence why I'm here sending my review now.I usually go to Costa but because of the service Starbucks provide I will go out of my way and go here instead.Thank you!

Absolutely shocked they don't take cash, so they didn't get my order.
