stupid woman serving me with her headphones in and on her phone and after spending £10 she said they don’t have tap water and that the machine didn’t have water even though i tapped it and water came out….

I have come to this subway on my lunch break twice. The service has been brilliant both times. No issues there. The first time I was here there were flys all over the drinks machine and it was left very dirty with rubbish everywhere. I thought maybe this was a one off. I then came a second time and it was much the same. Food and crumbs all over most of the tables. Drinks area is disgusting. Hygiene is really not this stores priority and it should be.

Usually we come in to the shop on a saturday evening to order our food .Raz is always very friendly and a polite person. Her service is fantastic, quick and very efficent and the shop is never unclean. She always has a smile on her face and never rushes you into choosing what you want so she can serve more customers. She is an absolute asset to the company and its always a pleasure to come in every week . Keep up the good work

I have been to this store last year and I remember loving it,I was served by the same asian lady that served me when I recently went in,the store is always clean and the staff is amazing and friendly,The service is very quick too. ? ,would recommend this store to anyone looking for food in Gloucester.

Since "New Management"The portion sizes are reduced, the bread seems to be cooked longer, so the sandwich is always dry, and no matter how early I get there in the morning, it never appears if it's been cleaned the night before, and there are ALWAYS crumbs on the table.

Normally i go to the one by the gas station however i made a big mistake todayRude employee, would rather die than serve you if she could. Only went there bc i was near by however I would always go to the other subway by the gas station, wont waste my money next time.Asked for wedges and she put it without any seasoning i had to ask and when she did it was maybe an atom or two of seasoning you could barely taste it. Then had the audacity to give me the wedges without a dip and when i asked her she put in like 2 drops.If the sauces and condiments are coming out of your paycheck i suggest you leave this job
