Avoid. Terrible service. Ordered a delivery. Took 2 hours. Received wrong dish. When I rang to ask for correct order I was told it was the right dish. It very clearly wasn't. Was then told they would give me the correct dish next time I ordered. Clearly I wouldn't use this takeaway again so insisted they brought the correct food. This was then delivered another hour and half later. Literally the worst takeaway I've had the misfortune to deal with. The food wasn't even that nice.

Absolutely disgusting- loads of fat on the duck that wasn’t crispy and completely got the order wrong! Definitely would not recommend

When we got back to our rented accommodation, we realised we had been given the wrong food- I am veggie and ordered vegetables in black bean sauce but was given chicken. My husband ordered duck which was really fatty- the rice was horrible. Completely inedible- AVOID!!!!!

Love the food - 99% consistent.But, in this area there is not enough good competition for them to care about reviews. Delivery or collection times are never accurate - ever.We know if they say 45 mins that means at least 60 - but more recently it’s been 90+mins and this is for collection.Delivery has always been within 2 hours, usually they will say an hour/ and a half.Until there is a local company doing better food and better service these businesses won’t care to change.

Grabbed a takeaway whilst staying in self catered accommodation locally. The food was good but not the best I’ve tasted. We had sweet and sour chicken balls which were good, mushroom chow mien, which was okay but not amazing and salt and pepper ribs. The ribs were a disappointment. Tiny little things with hardly and meat and the “salt and pepper was distinctly lacking. What really got up my nose was the fact that they don’t take cards. The lady at the front desk gave me a half hearted sorry and really couldn’t have been bothered. In this day and age to not take cards is just annoying, and if there had been another Chinese nearby I’d have left. Sadly there wasn’t. Be warned. I get that it costs a tiny bit extra to take a card payment but just factor it in for goodness sake!

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered one week ago, I have never felt so ill in my entire life. Been in and out of hospital, have had seriously awful food poisoning from this place. Would not recommend will be taking this further.
Ordered our meal at 19.36pm and was told it would take an hour and half for delivery. Still not received 21.10 so called and was told a further 25mins more, rang again at 21.45 as still not received and told a further 15mins. Eventually received meal at 22.00 pm. This is not the first time this has happened they just cant make there delivery system work. Think again before ordering a chinese for delivery as service from this chinese is very poor :(

Always really consistent, this is our favourite chinese in the area, always really quick to prepare and food is great, never mess up our order, friendly, good food, just that you have to collect really as delivery may take a long time (usual for the area)

Good food but always takes longer than their estimates - not worked out if they always underestimate or if they only start boxing up orders when you arrive to collect…Another takeaway that only takes cash…

We have decided that we won’t be ordering anymore. We had stopped using them due to them lying about delivery times, 1hour would turn into 3. Decided tonight that we would try again to see if anything had changed.Ordered at 5:30. Was told 7:30. No food at 7:30. I called them and they said by 8. I said if it’s not by 8 then I would cancel the order. The lady then changed her mind and said it wouldn’t be 8 and would be later. I told them to cancel and will categorically not be using them again. Over 2 and a half hours to deliver food ordered not long after they open, and then lied to until I said I wouldn’t accept the order if it’s past 8 which is the new time she gave me. Shame because they used to be great. But never again.
