British Restaurants in Moreton In Marsh

“We went for a meal as we were staying fairly close by. The service and food were excellent. A minor criticism was seeing the pub on arrival it was getting dark and it wasn't lit up and seemed near a bend. A light over the name of pub would help. Again leaving the pub there were no lights in the car park making it difficult leaving the door of the pub as it is or seemed to be very close to the road. Perhaps consider some low lighting somehow. But knowing that now we would be prepared and would definitely visit again when in the area.Food & drinks: The food was very good, I had a steak and mushroom pie and the best I have had for some time. My friends also enjoyed their meals. Thank you.”

“This is a great location but it is a little pricy. The shopping and produce is top class and the meat counter is very well stocked. Some of the items are very expensive for some reason but I guess some people like paying for random stuff. The fact the site is organic is just a nice selling point. We ate in the restaurant and the service was impeccable. The menu is maybe a little small for my liking but the food was excellent and I thought the coffee was too (some people said it was hit good). We did buy some cakes as a take away from the shop and these were disappointing. Close to £10 for two brownies and they were dry with not much flavour. I suspect they were gluten free or something but they were defiantly flavour free. Don’t sacrifice flavour for some crazy selling point of gluten or something else free. Nobody eats a brownie for it’s health benefits.”

“Nice place, I went in the bar for a pint of Guinness which was wonderful. Small bar area with a pool table. Staff were friendly. Good visit.”
