DO NOT USE IN HOUSE RESTAURANT! Such a waste of money and time ! An hour waiting every single day .. even if restaurant is almost empty. Food coming in cold with really bad appearance.. asked for some sauce to my meal and was waiting 30min ! What a joke ! And you can hear all stuff laughing and giggling from back door kitchen ! It’s way better to go to cribbs for some food instead of wasting money and time here ! Absolutely disgusting.Food & drinks: Do not waste time or money !

Great location, nice rooms , awful service.Stayed on a business trip with my husband on 22nd March.Second night decided to dine in the hotel restaurant, booked dinner and breakfast. 7pm Stayed at front to be seated, 15 min no one came, everyone appeared 'busy' in half empty restaurant. Asked a bar member- Leya to help us , she looked rather annoyed, aggressively grabbed 2 munus and gave the worse table next to noisy kitchen.Asked to change table, to which I was told I can have anyone I like . Moved table, didn't get service for another 20 min, servers just passed by .Left and asked for refund, manager - Ben was happy to do it. Didn't ask why, no apologies, totally ignorant. I asked him if that was normal you don't get service? He said probably not..Never again premier inn, your staff are massive disappointment.!Dined in Nandos instead, Great place !Food & drinks: Awful service, might as well make it self service, because you can't gey if from your staff

Absolutely great hotel. Great food staff so helpful and welcoming. A big shout out to a young lady called oceana. Despite being busy and bless her she looked tired. She did a fantastic job on the evening meals. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.Rooms: Spacious and comfortableFood & drinks: Great value.Noteworthy details: Excellent staff. This Premier Inn had a stunning accessible room for a family member. The service was excellent andone member of staff is a huge credit to the company. On our overnight stay Craig seemed to be everywhere. He checked people in, worked behind the bar, gave me a couple of glasses of milk for my son, and led us to a lovely breakfast table in the morning with a smile, and I saw him sweeping up in a very busy lobby. Thanks Craig.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was warm, clean and tidy. And it was great value for money.Rooms: Clean and tidy. The TV didn't work very well, but for me that was a small matter.Food & drinks: The food was unimaginative, but fpills a hole after a long day. I could have done with a couple more vegetarian options.

Brilliant service, and we stayed in the Premier Plus rooms this time. Very nice.

Good hotel for a short stop. Situated close to the M5 and also close to the links for Bristol City centre.Good selection of food and drink, and it won't cost an arm and leg!Rooms, good size, and beds are really comfortable. Large amount of parking onsite.

Rooms: Room was lovely.very clean. The only problem we had was only 1 pillow each.So this meant we didn,t sleep and had neck pain for a week.

Very disappointed with our latest stay at this Premier inn. Arrived on 24th December and left on 26th December. We requested at reception that our room should be serviced on 25th. We also left the service tag on our room door. Returned to find that our room had not been serviced other than the bed covers and pillows had been rearranged. Will investigate other hotels in Bristol next time we visit

Clean and tidy good staff however the bed was shocking!!! Horrid nights sleep, imagine sleeping on concrete with a brick for a pillow. Can't open a window for air.

Service was extremely slow on this visit. Bar waited 20 minutes to be served because no one was manning it. The following night was also substandard. Just ordered a dessert but guy behind the bar thought he could read my mind and he failed. Assumed wrongly I wanted takeaway.

This hotel is really conveniently located for all major roads & also within a stones through of BristolCity centre, it’s also surrounded by multiple retail parks alongside the main mall. We stayed on a Friday & it was extremely busy but we didn’t hear a peep from any of the other roomsOr the corridors. We didn’t deal with any members of staff but check in was easy & efficient on the self serve machines. The parking was also ample & we found a space no problem, despite checking in after 9pm & it also being the start of the weekend. The room as a good size & had all the basic amenities. The reason for 4 not 5 stars in this review is that whilstThe room was generally tidy, the dust was horrendous. It was thickly coating all the hard services & as soon as you put a device down on the side, the screen was covered in dust. We’ve stayed here twice & the second time there wasn’t any dust, so maybe it was a one off, but it slightly marred the stay. Despite the dust issue, we’d happily stay again, as for the money, it’s excellent value.
