Service was extremely slow on this visit. Bar waited 20 minutes to be served because no one was manning it. The following night was also substandard. Just ordered a dessert but guy behind the bar thought he could read my mind and he failed. Assumed wrongly I wanted takeaway.
This hotel is really conveniently located for all major roads & also within a stones through of BristolCity centre, it’s also surrounded by multiple retail parks alongside the main mall. We stayed on a Friday & it was extremely busy but we didn’t hear a peep from any of the other roomsOr the corridors. Very disappointed with our latest stay at this Premier inn. Arrived on 24th December and left on 26th December. We requested at reception that our room should be serviced on 25th. We also left the service tag on our room door. Returned to find that our room had not been serviced other than the bed covers and pillows had been rearranged. Will investigate other hotels in Bristol next time we visit
