“The food is always great, but what was really good on this visit, we were sat close to the kitchens and my wife has sensitive hearing. So the extractor fans were causing her pain.As soon as we mentioned it, your staff set us up in a quiet little corner away from the fans and the kitchen.They didn’t have to do it, but the way they went about it was lovely, discreet and really honoured my wife.So top marks from this last visit.”
