Reopened on September 15th after a six month rebuild. Now with a well stocked “Little Waitrose”. Free water fountain if you are out walking/cycling nearby. It has a cash machine. Electric charging points are “coming soon”. (I’ll update this when they are there.

Absolutely rip off prices, £6 for a 100g jar of coffee that is £4 in a Waitrose store. How they expect locals to shop there is beyond me.

With only 4 pumps now you have to wait longer to get to a pump & you’d have thought being brand new they’d have all pumps working..sadly no V power petrol with the pump locked out & not in use so went to the shell station in Nailsworth where there pumps are always available with V power…very disappointing on my recent visit. Still petrol supply problems at this station still. Upside is nice waitrose which was well stocked but missing the tasty Blueberry Muffins.

So much better since the refit. More parking spaces. However fuel pumps have gone to 12 car and 2 truck/coach to 6 car and 4 Truck/coach

Open 24 hours? Maybe shell should tell their staff this... banging on the window for 5 minutes early hours no sign of staff anywhere.
Fuel cheaper on Motorway Services, everybody else passing on the cheaper fuel but not here. Last visit for us.

Very poor service, manager is very rude and controlling towards other members of staff, went in for some sugar and milk.. she threw it in the bag and split the sugar and didnt offer a new one, very very poor service, other workers seemed to be nice but the manager is so stuck up here own backside, think she forgot to sugar her weetabix this morning.

Lovely place but the way the staff are treated is unbelievable. Shouted at by the managing staff for a simple mistake and for trying to help a new member or staff. Very controlling if you ask me.
