56 High St, StonehouseThis place is a gem of a find.I took my elderly parents for lunch on a Monday. The restaurant was buzzing, great atmosphere and friendly service.We all ate from the set lunch menu, and all dishes were tasty and beautifully presented.We will be going again, for sure!

Peter's St, Frocester, StonehouseWe got there by mistake somehow but I am glad I chose to have a lunch there. Very friendly staff. The food was tasty and done properly not rushed. Location got 4 stars only because it is not easy to get there. Otherwise is clean and well maintained.Definitely inviting everyone being around the area to find the place and have a nice time there. Congratulations to the owner with keeping the place in a good condition.

Trafalgar Takeaway
27 High St, StonehouseAm staying in area visiting relatives and didn't fancy cooking. Everything was excellent freshly cooked and tasty. Fish was delicious and kids meals were amazing value, would be plenty for an adult meal.

30 High St, StonehouseUnique takeaway housed in a beautiful tudor building in the centre of town. Food quality is excellent and at very reasonable prices. Good menu selection with a mix of traditional favourites and some fantastic variations to provide plenty of choice. Friendly service. I call ahead to order, particularly at busy times (e.g. Saturday evening) as this takeaway can be popular, and there may be a wait, but it is worth it!

36 High St, StonehouseGreat food, traditional atmosphere.I eat here quite regularly as I would say it's the best Chinese takeaway in Stonehouse. The atmosphere inside is traditional with friendly staff, some waiting seating available, take-out only, no delivery available.I have tried a variety of dishes and the food is always of great quality. Prices are average and portion sizes are fair. Depending on the size of the order the usual wait time is between 15-30mins. Order ahead and collect.Parking: One or two bays outside the restaurant but these are commonly filled, additional parking can be found around the corner by the co-op. Restaurant is in semi pedestrianised area so crossing the road is safe if needed.

6 Bath Rd, StonehouseFresh, hot, tasty.All food is cooked to order which can result in longer wait times but it's well worth it as the food is of good quality. Prices similar to other chippies in the area. The restaurant itself has a cosy atmosphere but there is standing room only. No delivery available.Parking: No bays but room on the streets to park. Often quite heavy traffic through the area so spaces can be scarce and no nearby street crossing if you have to park across the road. Narrow pavements so you will be parking into the road.

Roundabout, Westend, StonehouseReopened on September 15th after a six month rebuild. Now with a well stocked “Little Waitrose”. Free water fountain if you are out walking/cycling nearby. It has a cash machine. Electric charging points are “coming soon”. (I’ll update this when they are there.

Cotswold Marmaris Kebab & Burger House
Apsley House, 19 High St, StonehouseHave had THE BEST kebab since moving to stroud from South London.... where there is lots of great choice ..... this place would have been up thy ere with the best.Chicken dinner super soft and tasty And not at all oily , fresh crisp salad and great dips .We will never use another Kebab place again . Super full bellies and happy people In this house tonight. !
