Food was delivered late and was not as hot as it should be however the worst part is the driver calling for us to go to him to collect the food as there was no where to park. Absolute lie as there were 3 car spaces outside but he could not be bothered to park there and instead stayed in the car whilst we walked to him to get our food. Shocking behaviour and will think twice before ordering from them again

Made the mistake (again) of ordering online for home delivery. The wedges were ok but the pizzas we had were disgusting. My pepperoni had been slightly squashed in the box so topping mushy. Aside from that, too much sauce, barely any cheese. Gross! Really awful. My partner's was same, sauce overload, just disgusting. I used to have Domino's delivered when I lived in London and they were always good. Stroud franchise is without flair, without care, no passion for making a good quality pizza. This is the 2nd and last time I will buy from them. Just grim...

I usually get a quick reliable delivery from Stroud Domino’s, but I was waiting over an hour for my order today. Somebody called and asked if could come and collect as they were short staffed.. but as I don’t drive that’s not possible. The order tracker was switched to collection so I had no idea when the pizza was actually “on it’s way”. The pizza was still warm but had clearly been sat around a while, it was nowhere near as hot and fresh as usual. Not a good service at all today considering how much it costs. What a disappointment.

Can’t believe they only take card payment… Covid is officially over and cash can’t be used. Shame because was looking forward to buying a pizza with family. All was not lost as pizza place up the road took our cash.

Joke!! Ordered chocolate orange cookies and had delivered chocolate chip cookies. Rang up to say there had been a mistake and was told “ They’d ran out of chocolate orange cookies and were sending everyone chocolate chip instead” I asked for a refund, as this was not what we ordered. No one had even mentioned that they had to substitute the cookies, they were just hoping to get away with it and keep peoples money by selling an item that they did not order. I have been told that for me to receive a refund, they have to drive from Stroud go Amberley to collect the cookies I did not even order in the first place. Terrible customer service and it makes no business sense, driving 5 miles to collect cookies that can not be resold and incurring additional staff and fuel costs. They’ve messed up, tried to sneakily cover it up - no accountability or apology. Instead they are demanding their cookies back! Staff urgently need training, completely useless and damaging the business.

I recently watched the latest installment in the Dominoes franchise and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. It was a cheesy and predictable mess that had me rolling my eyes more than anything else. The storyline was paper-thin and the special effects were straight out of the 90s. It's like the filmmakers just threw a bunch of random explosions together and called it a movie. The only thing that kept me entertained was the unintentional comedy that came with the terrible acting and script. I mean, how many times can you watch a character say "I've got a bad feeling about this" before it gets old? Save your money and skip this flop, unless you're looking for a good laugh. #DominoFail.

Ordered on the app, turned up once the app said collect and my order was going to another customer and I had to wait another 10 minutes. Very disappointing normally an okay experience

Ordered online said 30 to 45 minutes delivery ,gave extra time due to weather !! 1 hour later Stroud store called and said can you pick up as we are short of drivers and it's a further 2 hour wait ! Or you can cancel and payment will be refunded tonight 10/12/2022. Si I cancelled as didn't want pizza at around 11pm. Nothing payed back yet I shall give it a few more days then I shall go to the shop !!Absolutely fuming!!

Ordered via website…lots glitches on website but persevered.Waited an hour…Pizza delivered cold & ingredients missing x2.One pretty important-cheese !!Called very politely to mention this.Received the bluntest,basic response.Obviously barked to the person who answered the phone by a “Manager”.No apology,apparently website glitches are my fault!It’s my fault omitting to read the two star reviews…However will absolutely not waste my money here again ..ever.

Had a few issues ordering online…website had issues…persevered. Wanted a quick delivery as my usual Stroud Pizza takes a lot longer. Big mistake…waited an hour.Pizza arrived cold & wait for it…without cheese !!?? Have ordered there for ten years…with cheese. Called up to very politely to report the zero cheese situation The response I got was so blunt,unhelpful it was shocking. However this franchise belongs to needs to invest in some serious staff training. The worst customer service . I think the 2 star rating speaks for itself. Will never order from this Stroud Domino’s again.

Worst experience ever! Ordered a pizza for my little girls sleepover with her friends the pizza never came after calling the shop for 40mins I drove to the shop where I was told by the young boy he had been I structed not to answer the phone. I was given no apology and no pizza. Just a refund by a man with no manners. I will never go to domino's again reall bad service

Pizza for delivered ahead of time but still cold! Vegan pizza flavour was ok, nothing special.\\n\\nI wasn't gonna complaint, however after feeling unhappy with the food, I called in to say pizza was cold. I was immediately corrected stating I am calling after 1 hr. Atleast I am calling rather than not!\\n\\nDomino's did nothing!

We watched them on the map delivering 2 other orders before us are food turned up very cold the pizza was salty and well wasn't even cut properly we had to cut it ourself...was told there replace it but we have to wait over an hour!! Won't recommend them and i won't be returning
