Served by some brat with piercing that has no customer service skills whatsoever, she's extremely rude and not polite.We took our 1½ year old in and there's no highchairs at all so we had to seat her in the bench with us (which is no probleam at all), however trying to keep a child of that age entertained is very limited, she ended up wanting to climb over and sit with her mother, the so called "brat" that was rude to use from the start demanded we took our child off of the table, honestly there was no need for her comment whatsoever but she seemed that she needed to make the comment.Place was absolutely dead, customer service skills are very lacking, no bins either to put our rubbish so where on earth are we meant to put it? Not rushing to head back to Stroud Subway, I'd rather take a 10 minute drive and visit a different Subway instead.

Went there a few months ago and a new lady gave me an awful salad ?With a very bad attitude!Yesterday I went back and they had a new member of staff, she gave me the best salad box so far.This girl obviously eats her greens to know how to make a salad!

I recently visited Subway and let's just say, I was left feeling unsatisfied and much hungrier than when I walked in. The restaurant was so dirty, I swear even the roaches were avoiding it. And the staff, well let's just say they made prison inmates look like a well-oiled customer service machine.When I finally mustered up the courage to order my sandwich, I was met with a selection of ingredients that could have been picked from the bottom of a birdcage. The bread was so stale, I'm pretty sure it was used to build the pyramids. And the veggies, well let's just say they were wilted and practically begging for mercy.To top it all off, the prices were so high I'm pretty sure they hired a team of lawyers to defend them. For the amount I spent, I could have hired a private chef to make me a gourmet meal.In conclusion, my visit to Subway was a comedic disaster and I would only recommend it if you're in the mood for a good laugh. I will not be returning to this location and will be searching for a better sandwich shop, or maybe even a petting zoo, because at least the animals there would be fresher.

I just ordered subway I know its snowing and cold but my subway wasn't just cold it was like it come out of freezer cheese toasted yeah right paid over 30 pounds I wasn't happy at all as even in cold weather I expect it to be lil bit warm not from frozen cold yeah but frozen hideous

Never easy walking into somewhere and having to do many split orders but ordered 3 different orders today, I didnt feel rushed, orders were made perfectly!! Thank you to Shannon & Ryan for making the experience a breeze!!
