Normally go to the Gloucester branch. First time here. The woman on the till seemed in another world. We ordered our food and were waiting. Guy in front received his order and left. A couple of mins later the lady ran out from behind the counter chasing the other customer, came back and gave us the box that she took from him as she got the order messed up. We took the food but didn't eat that box as I wasn't sure if the other customer had opened it or touched it. Wouldn't go again.

We came here as part of the Friday evening late openings that Five Valleys Shopping Centre does. They have a decently sized menu of classic BBQ items, and I opted for a burger and loaded fries. Both of these items were really good, and service was impressively fast given that everything is made to order. Staff are polite and helpful. Disappointed - I was brought in by the Bbq hype but got served up a sloppy burger in a wet, greasy bun. I was surprised the burger is just fried on a hot plate. I was perhaps expecting a bbq?? Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be ?? However I found it hard to eat with an unpleasant mouthfeel due to the squishy greasiness. Also meat was bland and not much flavour, just salty. I used several serviettes to mop up oil. I would have binned it but for the fact is paid for it and I was starving Sadly nothing special and at £9.50, a very expensive burger that wasn’t any better than a burger van? I’m sure the other items they do are good, burger was not the right choice for me I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this felt a bit amateur and I wouldn’t go back and I don’t anyone else will find this to be good value
