3 all day breakfasts (2 with black pudding) 2 large one small and 3 pints R Whites lemonade for less than £20. Went in Sat 1pm. Quiet. Nearly all single men nursing pints looking at their phones!

The beer quality has improved out of all recognition due in no uncertain terms to the new management. If you want a quality beer I would recommend a pint here.

Not a bad Wetherspoons my drink was cold and the staff were friendly. The interior is done out in wood with fake old-fashioned train overhead luggage racks, which are a nice touch. There's a beautiful stained glass window on your way to the toilet which amazinglyis downstairs, but everything looks like it could do with a spruce up and clean.Still worth a visit if like me you love everything Wetherspoons.

Turned up at 12.01 and was told I’m one minit late so the lady wouldn’t serve me and my family a breakfast …. 1 minit. Are you that Petty - this was out regular . Never again. Customer service training needed badly

Disappointed seeing as it is a Wetherspoon pub. Dirty inside and the upholstery on some of the chairs is in need of replacing. Carpet by the door to the patio was missing and could be a trip hazard ? Sat outside but unfortunately peace was shattered by who I presume were locals sat at table behind, being loud and ‘common’. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no snob but sometimes you just want a quiet drink.

? Cheese & Ham panini but cheese was missing, was offered the same Panini but after the last one decided not to take this offer up but would have excepted to be offered something different if this was a option, maybe I should have asked for something different? Weatherspoons is weatherspoons you usually get the same quality in all of them so you no what you’re going to get. Weatherspoons still great value for food and drink (if the food you ordered comes out as expected)

There is no such thing as a good Wetherspoons, just that some are better than others. Unfortunately, this one in Stroud is not one of the better ones so I would only rate it 2/10.

Really not a nice spot, of course I didn’t expect a red carpet being a Wetherspoons, just cheap and cheerful. It’s cheap but not cheerful, pretty rowdy (and suspiciously young) crowd, and my partner voiced his concerns to the manager (apparently she was) and she didn’t seem to care at all.

After getting off the train and a short walk to the Lord John ,we decided to have a traditional English breakfast each. Whilst waiting, we noted that there was a lot of possible regulars drinking, and it was only 9:15 am ?. The inside is probably the worst Wetherspoons we have been in ,dirty old furniture, drab decor, dirty worn carpet, the only best thing were the toilets are very clean . Breakfast was OK for the price although it arrived late and not very hot.

It was Wetherspoons, you get what you pay for. Beer was okay but the staff were rather disorganised and unaware of who to serve next, a bit of a free for all.

Quinn ,

Ordered a bottle of cider on the app realised I didn’t have my id so asked to swap it before they opened the bottle and the jobsworth at the bar refused to refund or swap, it’s a Sunday night grow up
