I’ve always used this business to get chips on a night out. McDonald level but better, quality. Friendly staff always ready to help and put a smile on your face. Even at your lowest. Really respect the grind, especially given the reviews. Don’t believe bad reviews I’m not a fan of the entire menu but I’m not going to tell anyone else about being wrong when they are the chef.Vegetarian options: If you’re vegan, vegetarian or flexible it is possible to get really good quality food for a fraction of McDonalds, in bigger quantities. I’m not sure of all the offerings, however they are perfectly reasonable about your ideological beliefs and preferences. It’s not your regular business that sells ribs and don’t do an amazing salads, things like knowing not to overcook sweet corn due to the skin. Genuinely impressive attitude towards quality.Dietary restrictions: I’ve never had an issue they fry the chips separately enough a cealeoac or gf have never had a problem, I was really allergic at one point. SoKid-friendliness: Would be a great place for families with children.

Overall, not a bad place, but there's certainly room for improvement. Service and delivery were reasonably fast for me. I liked the quality of some things such as the chicken wings, burger and sweetcorn. I didn't like the fries so much, as I found them quite dry.

Friendly guys working there as usual. This place never dissapoints on fried chicken.Hands down the best place to go if you need a fried chicken hit.The prices look expensive, but, the portions more than exceed expectations!If you pass it by, I'm glad, as there'll be more for me!

I recently visited USA Chicken, a place I usually enjoy for its delicious food, and I brought a family member along. To my surprise, my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.Upon entering the takeout, I was delighted to find that they were offering a great deal – 10 pieces of spice chicken for just 5 pounds. This was certainly a tempting offer and added to my anticipation of a satisfying meal. Moreover, the majority of the staff members were friendly and easy to interact with, creating a pleasant atmosphere.However, my experience took a downturn when it came to interacting with one particular staff member who appeared cold and unwelcoming. Despite the positive interactions with other staff, this one individual's demeanor left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this negative encounter wasn't a one-time occurrence, as even when we returned to order some forgotten chips, the same unwelcoming attitude persisted.As someone who values a warm and inviting environment, the attitude of that one staff member dampened the overall experience. While the food quality at USA Chicken has usually been a draw for me, the consistent sense of unwelcomeness from this particular staff member is a concern. It's disheartening to think that such interactions can overshadow an otherwise enjoyable visit.In light of this experience, I'm hesitant to return to USA Chicken, despite the appealing deals and tasty food. While I wouldn't discourage others from trying the food, I would certainly caution them about the inconsistent customer service that might impact their overall experience.

Disgusting will never use again .Rude and slammed phone down on me.Twice my husband ordered an Hawaiian burger NO CHEESE NO TOMATO...twice delivered with cheese...they accused of lying when I had photo evidence and just slammed the phone down refusing a replacement as per the manager .I then received a text requesting payment .... HORRENDOUS SERVICE ?

The portion of fries is very generous, and they're thin and crispy. It only took a few minutes for my food to be ready.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small step from the pavement onto the doorstep of the shop. The door is a push open door with no automatic button.
The chicken burgers here are perfection! Always tasty and fresh. I could eat them all day long! Fries crispy too. Great place!

Chicken was off smelt like fish black soft bits throughout. Chips was soggy and Coleslaw was off too. Called up to complain and they wasn't helpful at all. In the end we did get our money back but that's not going to stop us from getting ill.

Food was cold and mushy and took an hour when they are only a 6 minut WALK away! To make matters worse I got a load of mouthing off and bad attitude from the deli ery driver, used to be OK for takeaway, now its terrible with worse customer service, will never use again
