Family lunch during the festive period in a Very busy restaurant. Menu had a good choice of items to cater a variety of tastes. Unfortunately we felt that the portion sizes + quality did not reflect the prices (£16+ for scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on a 1 slice of Ciabatta) and £4.35 for soft drinks / Americano is very much on the top end of most budgets. Deco and ambiance is very interesting.

Very good meal. Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very pleasantly surprised. Pleasant environment and friendly service.

Lovely spot for some lunch. Great menu, was hard to decide what to get. Not much space around the tables and unfortunately I received a slightly frosty reception when asking for a table for one person and a pram, hence dropping one star.Kid-friendliness: Not much room for prams.

Very disappointed. Visited 1pm on Saturday for a table of 4, and was felt as if we were an inconvenience to the staff. Told to sit at the bar and wait for a table to be available (despite 2 reserved tables of 4 sitting empty). No menu to look at or a drink offered. Waited 20 mins to be seated, then we waited another 15 mins for a menu. We had to ask several times if we could place an order, and not once did the staff apologise for the wait. After 30 mins of waiting for food, we asked how much longer, and apparently we shouldve been told it was an hour wait for food from ordering. If we had known this initially we would've gone elsewhere and not sat/ordered. Tables around us were given free snacks on arrival due to wait, we were not. Manager did give us a few bowls of nuts/pretzels - but no apology for wait. Food came 1hr45 since arriving, it was OK, still no acknowledgement for the wait. Manager then scuttled over with a bag of stale pastries as a sorry but no verbal apology. The manager was also extremely over familiar, constantly touching your shoulder/back as she interacted with you/the table - very uncomfortable. They apparently had new staff that day but wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend.

Food was fab - full English Breakfast delicious. Lighting was dark - bit odd for mid day. Service was pushy and positively unpleasant. One service person was reasonably smiley the other failed to look even vaguely interested in us. We felt hurried out - trying to collect plates before we had finished.. Won’t be going back.

Good coffee, ok food and service, but the music? Loud! Has a lot of potential as a place, but we won't be back.

Bad decisions make good stories says the neon sign on display in the restaurant. Please do not make the same bad decision as we did by walking into Blue Zucchini. This place looked very aesthetically pleasing from the outside. But please, do not be fooled. We waited a while to be seated. Finally we were placed on a table but had to wait around 15 minutes before my partner went up to the counter to ask if we could have our order taken. He was told ‘we come to you, we’ve got a queue’ in a passive aggressive manner by what we thought was the owner/manager. A young waiter then took our order. We also noticed that the table behind us who were seated just after us still had not had their order taken after around 30 minutes and yet the owner/manager was happily serving her ‘friends’ who had only just turned up. She was extremely rude to the staff, we could hear her shouting at them over the counter which made our experience very uncomfortable. We waited for around 20 minutes before we got up to leave as we were fed up of waiting for just some coffees and already made brownies! When we told her we were leaving, she simply replied ‘okay’. I have NEVER left a coffee shop feeling so shocked and disappointed. I will be visiting Tetbury again but I certainly will not be visiting Blue Zucchini again.

Awful experience. Rude Staff. Ended up walking out after 30 mins of waiting to be served. Will not be returning.. EVER. Lessons needed in customer service.

We didn’t even make it to eat at this restaurant sadly. I called in advance to check the gluten free vegetarian options and spoke to the most obnoxious and rude man I can only assume was the manager. I called at 11:30am on a Monday morning explaining we are travelling an hour and a half to eat so I really do need to know my needs can be catered for. He directed me to the website to which I pointed out it isn’t clear which are gf and vegetarian and he said I don’t have time to go through this with you. I said I really do want to dine with you but I do need to know what is available prior to visiting which isn’t an unreasonable request, to be told he doesn’t have time to do this was pretty shocking followed by me explaining I just need to know what isn’t fried in the gluten fryer and is a lunch option for me, he said if you are that bad it’s best you don’t come as we can’t cater for you! I explained I’m not celiac but gluten intolerant and it’s pretty standard practice not to want fried food in the same fryer as gluten items, he repeated its best if I don’t come. I repeated to him in disbelief what he was saying to me, he doesn’t have time to help me and it’s best I don’t come to which he said yes. What on earth are you doing working in a restaurant. He was vile to deal with and I’m so glad we didn’t waste a trip.

Very passive aggressive lady at the entrance, no real eye contact, pointed me to the loo whilst doing other things. Said I could sit anywhere, then proceeded to bark "not there" Waitress looked scared, kept saying are "We eating today" (I was on my own) asked if I wanted another coffee after 5 mins. Very overpriced, average coffee, music too loud, but big sign saying keep phones on silent. Plus, big red neon sign "don't be a dick, be kind" Ghastly.

Came here after researching vegan friendly places in the area, but was disappointed that most of the vegan options have been removed from the menu (except an avocado toast). All fried food is cooked with meat, so couldn’t even have some chips. There were plenty of vegetarian options, so I ended up getting a mushroom toast, which was nice, but my vegan partner stuck to some bread with oil.
