Lola & Co Tapas
20A Long St, TetburyThis is a fantastic little family run restaurant, and if it doesn't get a Michelin star soon there's no justice. Everything is cooked to perfection. Even the simplest of dishes - bread with olive oil & tomatoes fo example - are stunningly good. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, with well-behaved dogs welcome. The darkly Spanish interior is, rather like the food, simple but perfectly done. Not cheap, but for a rare treat this place is worth a journey.

The Trouble House
London Rd, TetburyI don't think I've ever had a better meal at a pub!The new landlords have created a menu with so many choices, it was tricky to pick just one from each course. There were four of us dining, and not one of us could fault our meal in any way. Quite superb.A lovely pub, with a good atmosphere, well trained staff and the best food. Top marks.

The Priory Inn
London Rd, TetburyWe stayed at the Priory Inn for a weekend break, using it as a base to visit places of interest in south Gloucestershire. We were broadly happy with our experience. The decoration of the rooms looked a little tired, but that's really our only criticism. The beds were comfy, the breakfasts were excellent, and the bathroom actually had a bath (wonderful!). On our first evening we used the hotel dining room for dinner, and that too was excellent (I recommend the pork). Above all, I'd like to congratulate the lady front-of-house manager who was always friendly, helpful and on top of things. She gave the impression of someone who loved her job.

Highgrove Gardens
Highgrove House, Doughton, TetburyMost enchanting visit as guests, we had a warm welcome and put us all at ease during the warm space initiative. We were greeted like guests with a very helpful staff member who happily explained a brief history and explained the royal paintings, along with many cheery tales and lovely humour. attended with our local volunteer group from Gloucestershire meditation and mindfulness @free_up_mind with some mental health patients and stroke survivors, we all had a wonderful visit. Thank-you to all the staff that made it so special.

Tetbury Fish & Chips
6 Chipping St, TetburyThe fish and the chips are fantastic, they are freshly cooked, the fish is moist, the batter is crisp and the staff are kind helpful and thoroughly nice. It is wonderful that they open on Good Friday. Thankyou.I am going up there in an hour to get some. We are regulars to this chip shop having stopped going altogether to the last one. Well done.

Cat & Custard Pot Inn
The St, Shipton Moyne, TetburyWe were part of a group of six staying at the pub for 2 nights over the New Year. We had nothing but praise for this gem of a pub. The pictures can't quite capture the essence of this place. Cosy accommodation, snug eating areas with log burners, fantastic food, a good pint and fabulous service - we couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed a chilled couple of days and just drove into Malmesbury and Tetbury but would definitely return to enjoy some walking and exploring a little more of the Cotswolds. A big thank you to the whole team at the Cat and Custard Pot Inn.

The Royal Oak, Leighterton
1 The St, Leighterton, TetburyWe thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Royal Oak on 28th March. There was a very pleasant atmosphere, the menu quite outstanding and the service good, but not intrusive. We both enjoyed our food which was 'adventurous', but delicious. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Imperial Chinese Cuisine
15 Church St, TetburySince moving to the area about 4 years ago, we’ve regularly used Imperial Chinese. We’ve sampled a broad variety of dishes and everything we’ve tried has been very well prepared, with flavoursome meat and fresh-tasting vegetables. The service has also been very consistent, with no mistakes for any of the orders made by telephone.

Lyndseys
19 Church St, TetburyService it’s fantastic. Staff were attentive and polite. Food service was quick. Partner had a large full English and I had a sausage sandwich. The full English was enjoyed and eaten. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my sandwich. Was disappointed to receive 2 bog standard catering sausages on thick store enough bread. Would have expected a better quality sausage and maybe hand cut bread when charging £4.50. I did not eat it all as really did not like the taste or texture. My partner had the same on his full English which he did not mind. Just my preference.

Market Pl, TetburyTetbury is utterly charming and on a cold winter's day we enjoyed drinks in the cosy pub lounge with fireplace in The Snooty Fox Hotel. The ambience is really great and the barman was very jokey and fun!

The Blue Zucchini
7-9 Church St, TetburyFood very good, spoilt somewhat by cutlery 'thrown' on the table to lay yourself and plates removed before my guests finished. Background music is far too loud and inhibits conversation. I would eat here much more often if it was turned down. Other clients also similarly commented. Such a pity.

The Holford Arms
Knockdown, Sherston, TetburyJust wonderful! The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The pub itself is divine with a cosy fire, then the outside space with the chalets was just gorgeous. Blossoms and bunnies about the place. The chalets have been so well done with great design, comfy beds and all you need. We loved sitting with our morning tea on the decking. Brilliant space for events
