Superb espresso. Spacious seating area with a small library of coffee table books.

A regular at several coffee one shops but recently the standard on all of them has dropped drastically. Currently in Tewkesbury waited ages to get served and struggled to find a table that wasn’t piled high with cups and trays without exaggeration every table had dirty crockery. Finally when the queue cleared the three girls behind the counter continued to have a chat leaving all the tables cluttered. My wife had just visited the toilets and commented that she’s seen cleaner ones at Glastonbury!

Excellent coffee and a fine selection of cakes. The place to go!

We had hopes that it would improve with a new manager , alas not . Still serving stale tea cakes that are flattened and burnt to a crisp . Understaffed and very slow service . I just want to be able to buy a coffee and food and be served efficiently . Coffee one unfortunately this seems to be a problem with a lot of your shops .

Open early which is great and plenty delicious food available. Great strong coffee and nice tea too. Its becoming our favourite place to go!

Cosy and laid back atmosphere. Was here with my niece with special needs, she had a little accident and manageress couldn't have been more friendly and practical, lovely coffee and food also

2nd visit of the week and poor staff that’s all I say 1 team member doing till food and drinks with queues out the door 20minutes to get 1 lattes on both occasions with only one person in front of me . Sunday the poor lady was rushed off her feet as the other team member left at 2 pm .

A grossly overworked staff team who were doing their very best but struggling with too much demand and too few staff. Owners need to respect staff and treat them properly.

Have been to the Droitwich one, tried this one, service not the quickest to be honest, but coffees were excellent, cakes on the other hand were a little dry, but overall ok as a quick coffee fix

First time I had to choose which coffee beans I preferred, not easy with the coffee machine just the other side of the counter, couldn't hear properly. Cafe was cold it was not good weather. Coffee was fine and cake was nice.

A lovely coffee shop, good choice of drinks, hot and cold, and good quality.Baby changing needed a good clean, but when told, they jumped straight on sorting it out.Air conditioning was much appreciated on a hot day.

Great coffee, vegan options and best of all it's dog friendly! ???☕Dietary restrictions: Vegan options a-plenty.

Our favourite coffee place in UK. Visited Saturday 20th May with our family to have coffee and cake, was told they were closing at 1600 not 1800. Went to Carousel instead.
