Having lived off lunchtime sandwiches in London for the past two decades, I’ve had a variety of lunchtime meals. However in twenty years I’ve never had a delicious sandwich so filling I had to finish it off for an evening meal! The sandwich was incredible. No only quantity but one of the most delicious sandwiches of the twenty first century!

Wow!! What an amazing hot buffet Graham and Wendy provided for my 50th. We ordered the pulled pork with stuffing and crackling, mac and cheese with salads and sides. They complemented this with hot dogs for the kids. Every single guest said how wonderful the food was and they were right! It was delicious! Cannot recommend enough for taste, cost, attention to details and of course G&W themselves. Thank you Butties.

Fresh sandwiches and toasted wraps made while you wait. I had the house wrap (cajun chicken and cheese) with extra onions and jalapeños which was very tasty! Great for a lunch break.

I love this place what a find back when I first moved to thornbury back in 2016. I am still coming here for the best sandwiches and service. Just little touches like remembering my name and how are you, then of course the consistently good sandwich’s and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend
Honestly one of the most friendliest, welcoming sandwich shop Ive been too. I like to mix my orders up to have a chance to try all their delicious food. Salad box with their homemade coleslaw has to be my favorite ? lovely little snacky bits too. Really lovely staff and clean tidy store with endless options and choices.Vegetarian options: You can have so much here being vegetarian. Egg mayo, brie and cranberry, cheesey egg bites. Yummy

We had another buffet from Butties Sandwich Bar for our daughters 21st. This was just as good as the first if not better. The portion sizes are big. The food tastes delicious. Would highly recommend them for any kind of function. Very professional and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely use again.
