Sad to say but this place did not hit the spot. Went for a sneaky bottle of wine on a Sunday (no kids) and we won't rush back. The wine was cold, the atmosphere was cold and so was the temperature. Shamless to say but we went to a chain (lounge) afterwards for a cocktail and we will go back there next time. It was warm, cocktails were great and so was the atmosphere. Gutted as we would much prefer to support an independent business.

Popped in this morning and went to sit down at a table to be shouted across from the bar that we couldn’t sit there as reserved, no sign on this table like all the restI questioned this with the staff member as no reservation note and said that they should ensure they are clearly labelled with this he just laughed in my faceThis he continued to do all the way thought our conversationWill not be returning here

Food is good, has always been. But the service is getting worse. We live locally and used to go frequently, but it's become quite normal to wait 30 minutes for one coffee. It used to be our regular cafe but unfortunately not anymore.
