A lovely shop to browse through before you make your way into the cafe which has indoor and outdoor seating. I had a lovely chocolate brownie and tea. I have chronic pain and they have padded bench seating which was more comfy to sit on.
Their fruit scones are the best I've ever had, so we visit every time we go to Thornbury!Staff can be variable - the younger staff are friendly, happy, fast and know that they're doing. The older till staff are grumpier, easily confused and flustered, slower, need help to work out what to do and openly resent the excellent service the younger staff provide when they have to step in to help as the queue grows and grows, which (especially when considering the prices) certainly...read full review
