***EDITED FROM DEC 2018*** Asked for the special Christmas Latte and Christmas hot chocolate for £3.30 and £3.35 each, both arrived in normal cups. Thought this was a bit strange, took the lid off only to discover there was no cream. They did not tell us that they had \\\"ran out of cream\\\", I said that I had just paid for the coffee as advertised. They reluctantly offered £1 towards the missing cream. Disappointed that they did not advise at the ordering stage, we had to check for ourselves after paying.

The WORST customer service I have ever received.\\nStaff were not wearing masks properly in the middle of a pandemic, which it’s a disgrace with the delta variant ripping through the population. Shame on you Costa.\\n\\nSecondly, I was charged for the same drink twice, and after paying by card, I was refunded with cash (again in the middle of a pandemic where you don’t know who has touched money), and even when I received the drink, it was not made properly and not what I ordered. When me and my friend both told them this, they refused to change it, eyeballed me and stormed in a big huff about having to do their jobs properly.\\n\\nBoth the staff on today were an absolute joke, and an example of how to NOT to do customer service. Stay away if you want to be treated like an actual human being.

Whenever I've been the last few months it's closed even though it says online they're open. They should be better at giving updates on their shops and whether they're open or not.

situated in Park Royal. good size store but limited seats due to corona virus. near Health gym, so it's handy for gym fanatic. Still lovely coffee.

Although I find Costa on the whole expensive they're coffee is good, but I find they're sandwich fillings mean. I prefer Pret a manger for sandwiches as better choices.

We popped in there today, Costa my favourite coffee shop. My sugar levels were low and needed sugar, so we got 2 x carrot cake and I had a Latte Coffee. Free parking on the complex.
My partner and myself went in to grab a coffee, but were faced by a fat man who was very unprofessional and said that I needed to leave my bike outside. This is the first bad experience of any kind at this store as we are regulars here. It was a very bad way to handle the situation and the fat man should do more to work on his professionalism.

Coffee is served way too hot and slightly tasteless, I then thought I would try a chai latte instead and that was tasteless as well. I have tried many other costa outlets and it's unfortunately a real hit and miss. There seems to be no consistency. My advice, train your staff on how to make a proper coffee and the techniques involved in doing so.
